Simard is a Chrysler dealership about an hour southeast of Montreal off the 20 in Saint-Hyacinthe. I recently purchased a used car from this dealer and I must say I am beyond satisfied with my experience. The sales staff is above and beyond the best of all the Chrysler dealers I have ever dealt with. Chrysler's after purchase service is known for being truly awful but at Simard they are the exception. I had a warranty issue with my vehicle after the sale and went to see a local dealer that was closer to me. I was told there would be multiple extra charges not to mention they wanted to charge me for a courtesy vehicle. The gang at Simard took care of me better than I ever expected a car dealer would and made sure that I would not be charged a single penny if it wasn't warranted. Even if you're not close. Even if there are Chrysler dealers closer to you. Take the time and drive out to see these guys. The service department, the sales staff, they're all great people to deal with. Oh and it also helps that they have excellent deals on cars you'd normally pay more for closer to Montreal. Cheers! read more
