I am not one for doing reviews on places but this place made me want to do it. My girlfriend and I were traveling to Grindelwald from Germany. She has never been out of the United States before. I wanted to give her a special trip. Well we just crossed the border into Switzerland and we had some serious car troubles. I was very distraught and worried about it not being fixed so we could continue our journey. But we just so happened to luckily break down in front of this shop. It may not look like much but it was well worth it. One of the staff spoke English and he helped us. He order the part but it wouldn't be in until the next morning. He called and made us reservations as a reasonably priced hotel and even took us there and picked us up the next morning. He also didn't want this problem to happen to us again later down the road so he expressed shipped a part that day and put it in my car. He was so gernious enough to even lend us his car to drive until the car was fixed. I can't express enough how thankful and happy I am that we ran in to this shop.
