I hereby express my dissatisfaction with the purchase made at the NagyAutohaus dealership. I bought a Mercedes that included two charging cables. When the car was picked up, it only had one! After requesting the missing cable (and I have photos of this), the salesman said that would send the cable later. Three weeks have passed and NagyAutohaus haven't sent anything, and now, no one even answer the phone anymore. I was deceived. A very unreliable dealership. Furthermore, the wheels were replaced, but the bolts weren´t. On the way home, the driver had to stop at a gas station and noticed that of the five bolts, only were two and they were loose on one wheel, causing the car to make a strange noise. The wheel was practically falling off. It almost caused an accident. The dealership was called, and the NagyAutohaus saleman said the person who picked up the car had removed the bolts. Finally, I think the dealership is unreliable; they remove parts from cars (charging cables and bolts) after they've sold them. I am available for any clarification. Best Regards, Nuno Prino read more
