So imagine my dismay when I look up unexpectedly from my list and catch the son making secret hand signals to the father when they thought I wasnt looking(!!!)... Seriously, what kind of men do that? I pretended not to notice because I dont care what they think of me, i just want them to fix my car. my suspension on mini went kaput while driving. had CAA tow me to them. left key and a note…read moreexplaining as it was after hours. they repaired the car about 4-5 days later, but remember no appointment. only issue was the tire that got destroyed had to be changed so we had them put on the summer tires while they were at it changing the finished one. terrible job, two of the tires kept losing air. we took them to a tire changing guy who redid the job and now they're perfect. these guys are fabulous mechanics for minis and I guess BMW as well as other cars. when we called to tell them of the poor tire installation the guy was rude, condescending and a general jerk. bad day? guess so. took no accountability for the poor tire job. refused to admit it. flat out .. no way. so great mechanics. not so good at the tire thing. I'd still recommend them. maybe whoever answered the phone should try listening to the client and not be so darn defensive. sheesh.
