Unfortunately, they were closed until Monday morning, leaving me without any immediate assistance. When I finally managed to reach the service department on Monday, November 13, they assured me that a tow truck would be dispatched to pick up the vehicle for inspection. However, due to a miscommunication, the tow truck driver never arrived. It was only after I personally contacted the driver, Carlos, that the vehicle was retrieved on Tuesday, November 14. Upon inspection at your location, I was informed that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. However, I strongly disagree with this assessment, as I personally witnessed and felt the gas spilling out onto my shoes and pants. This incident left me feeling extremely anxious and unsafe. To make matters worse, on Wednesday, November 15, while driving my children to school, the vehicle suddenly stalled in the middle of the street. All the warning lights illuminated, and I had to restart the car several times before it eventually resumed functioning. This incident was extremely alarming and further reinforced my concerns about the vehicle's safety. I promptly contacted your dealership again to report the ongoing issues with the vehicle. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate the urgency of the matter, I was informed that the vehicle would undergo an emergency inspection at a later time due to the dealership's current workload. DO NOT GO HERE! They claim to not use credit when indeed they do. After emailing my entire life history to her, Christina specifically told me "Oh we go by your income and I've checked everything and it looks great!" just for me to get all the way there to tell me I needed more money down due to my credit history AFTER we had already discussed my credit history via phone. She even told me someone else's life story that related to mine and how the lady was just approved the day before. I'm now reading other reviews about the poor quality vehicles they have and BOY OH BOY am I ecstatic that I didn't put an extra $1000 dollars to sign on the dotted line! There even was a lady cursing them out in Spanish the entire time I was there, THAT should've been a red flag for me. Natali at auto bank was a great help I went here in need of a car so bad and she made sure she got me in a very good car with no problem, great energy and great atmosphere, I thought the service was great I am back here two days later because my engine light came on , I am late for work and have been sitting here over 30 minutes and no one has come to check on me or let me know what's going on , I just have to say it's kind of ridiculous I'm back less than 48 hours and there is no sense of urgency... I am a little disappointed. Hopefully what ever the issue is it's fixed today or I'm gonna have to ask for a refund or a different more reliable vehicle read more

I purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze from them 4 months ago 2 days after purchasing I was back because of my check engine light then they " fixed it" then about a month after that I set another appointment because it started to drag for no apparent reason once again they " fixed it " and I was told to use premium gas just yesterday my check engine light came back on and my gears immediately stopped working my car started to go in reverse on the E way the scariest experience ever I had to turn my car completely off and have it towed to them I am seriously disappointed after putting 3k down for my car and having it only 4 months I should not be having these problems not to mention I'm missing work because of this ! read more

Purchased a car from them in November for $8, 300 more than the car was worth (definitely took advantage of my situation and are accounting the price for dvd players that the screens were all scratched up and not even working and a car that should be in prestine condition as far as driving) check engine light has been on since the 3rd day of having it. Have had it at their shop more than I've been able to drive it without issues. I have an added service contract with them for 24 months/24,000 miles for them to fix the vehicle. Their mechanics keep resetting the check engine light and saying it's fixed. Tried multiple times to get a hold of Managers but the employees always give me the run around they are understaffed and they will get to me the very next day.. Sent an email 2 and a half weeks ago to a Manger named Marilina and am still waiting on a response. I stopped 1 car note and NOW they are texting me about the payment, but not the issues I'm having with the vehicle. I would NOT recommend purchasing from them. read more
