Horrible place don't go . They lie , scam and try to get more money out of you . This not a trust worthy place they are being reported again. They sold me a bogus car and refuse to do the work they caused and promised to fixed .. save the money and the headache. Zero stars negative zero. read more

The owner replied to my comment stating that they repaired my vehicle to my satisfaction and that is a bold face lie!! They did not fix any problem at all and the issue has gotten worse, I set up an appointment to try to get them to fix it and they want to charge me 75$ just to tell me what is wrong. When I questioned them about why the problem was not fixed the first time the lady tried to tell me it was never brought in with an issue because they never offered me a warranty. Soo irritating I cannot waite to pay off the over priced hunk of junk I was given. read more

This business is so rude! They always are making threats to "further action" & repossession. They harass you everyday. They've sold my family members cars that had issues but made seem like good condition. read more

Absolutely worst experience ever!!! The information I was given before I got the lot was false. I still ended up getting a car that broke done 3 days later. Car has "supposedly " getting fixed for the last month. The communication is terrible and when you finally speak to someone they just give you the run around. I wouldn't advise anyone to do business here read more

Garbage cars and garbage customer service ! Not a bad selection AT ALL for used cars. Prices aren't too bad either! I was losing all hope due to a personal situation but Leslie was on it. She did every single thing and more for my approval and I cannot thank her enough for that. I was in the office for hours and she didn't rush me and was super understanding and accommodating to my situation. She even offered me some snacks and water! Thanks Leslie!!! You don't receive service like this anymore. read more

Dear [Auto Bank], I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the vehicle I recently purchased from your dealership on November 9, 2023. Since then, I have encountered several serious issues with the vehicle that have greatly affected my safety and well-being. On November 11, just two days after purchasing the vehicle, I experienced a gas leak while refueling. Concerned for my safety, I immediately attempted to contact both the dealership and the service department. Unfortunately, they were closed until Monday morning, leaving me without any immediate assistance. When I finally managed to reach the service department on Monday, November 13, they assured me that a tow truck would be dispatched to pick up the vehicle for inspection. However, due to a miscommunication, the tow truck driver never arrived. It was only after I personally contacted the driver, Carlos, that the vehicle was retrieved on Tuesday, November 14. Upon inspection at your location, I was informed that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. However, I strongly disagree with this assessment, as I personally witnessed and felt the gas spilling out onto my shoes and pants. This incident left me feeling extremely anxious and unsafe. To make matters worse, on Wednesday, November 15, while driving my children to school, the vehicle suddenly stalled in the middle of the street. All the warning lights illuminated, and I had to restart the car several times before it eventually resumed functioning. This incident was extremely alarming and further reinforced my concerns about the vehicle's safety. I promptly contacted your dealership again to report the ongoing issues with the vehicle. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate the urgency of the matter, I was informed that the vehicle would undergo an emergency inspection at a later time due to the dealership's current workload. Frustrated and desperate for a resolution, I resorted to involving the police, filing a report through 311, and contacting the attorney general. Additionally, I have reached out to my bank in an attempt to seek a refund. At this point, I no longer wish to retain possession of the vehicle due to the fear and anxiety it has caused me and my children. I want to emphasize that I have a two-year warranty on the vehicle, and the issues I have encountered began just two days after purchasing it. Given the severity of the incidents and the potential danger they pose, I kindly request that you refund my money and terminate our business relationship. I implore you to understand the gravity of this situation and take immediate action to rectify it. I trust that you will prioritize the safety and satisfaction of your customers and ensure a swift resolution to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution. Sincerely, I WAS SCAMMED OUT OF MY MONEY CAR TRANSMISSION IS GOING OUT ALSO read more

They are not a trust worthy business. This place should have 0 stars. Sold a car that can't even pass an emissions test. Scammers!

DO NOT GO HERE! They claim to not use credit when indeed they do. After emailing my entire life history to her, Christina specifically told me "Oh we go by your income and I've checked everything and it looks great!" just for me to get all the way there to tell me I needed more money down due to my credit history AFTER we had already discussed my credit history via phone. She even told me someone else's life story that related to mine and how the lady was just approved the day before. I'm now reading other reviews about the poor quality vehicles they have and BOY OH BOY am I ecstatic that I didn't put an extra $1000 dollars to sign on the dotted line! There even was a lady cursing them out in Spanish the entire time I was there, THAT should've been a red flag for me. I guess she thought I was foolish enough to give my hard tax return for a raggedy vehicle. Another life lesson. read more

Horrible place to work with. They'll tell you anything to get your business. All lies. I wouldn't DARE!!!

Probably the WORST car lot I have ever experienced. They sell dirty cars, and of course the Buyers always get the short end of the stick. I got referred by one of their customers but I would never recommend them. Horrible service, no direct answers. it's all bad. Don't go here. If I could give no stars I would. read more

Natali at auto bank was a great help I went here in need of a car so bad and she made sure she got me in a very good car with no problem, great energy and great atmosphere, I thought the service was great I am back here two days later because my engine light came on , I am late for work and have been sitting here over 30 minutes and no one has come to check on me or let me know what's going on , I just have to say it's kind of ridiculous I'm back less than 48 hours and there is no sense of urgency... I am a little disappointed. Hopefully what ever the issue is it's fixed today or I'm gonna have to ask for a refund or a different more reliable vehicle read more

I purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze from them 4 months ago 2 days after purchasing I was back because of my check engine light then they " fixed it" then about a month after that I set another appointment because it started to drag for no apparent reason once again they " fixed it " and I was told to use premium gas just yesterday my check engine light came back on and my gears immediately stopped working my car started to go in reverse on the E way the scariest experience ever I had to turn my car completely off and have it towed to them I am seriously disappointed after putting 3k down for my car and having it only 4 months I should not be having these problems not to mention I'm missing work because of this ! read more

Fantastic service by Leslie really recommend going to this place first day I came to the dealership and walked out with a car!

Natali fue mágica y de gran ayuda y el servicio fue magnífico , muy recomendable ella cuando quieres sacar carros

I went in and spoke to Leslie and she definitely helped out. I went to 4 other car dealers before coming here and she definitely made it so easy on me. I left with the truck I've always wanted. Great customer service and worked with all my needs. I'll definitely recommend her to all my family and friends. read more

Worst experience ever. So unprofessional and also very rude to their customers. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. I give them a 0/5 stars

One month they have my car in the workshop for their guarantee, the car with problems and they only say that they are working on it and they do not give a single change, during the month that they have had it they have been taking my car payments I speak and no one answers, and if they do, they leave you on hold for a long time and do not give you answers from the car, I do not recommend it, they only know how to scam the most needy people, they are not serious people to do business with, they only know how to steal and scam Wings of other people never go with them because the same thing that I'm going through right now will happen to them! Never go to the autobank, they will only steal your money that you have made with so much sacrifice! one month my car in the workshop h they do not give you a car to use for the moment that my car is in the workshop, I have to rent a car to work they never go with them read more

Purchased a car from them in November for $8, 300 more than the car was worth (definitely took advantage of my situation and are accounting the price for dvd players that the screens were all scratched up and not even working and a car that should be in prestine condition as far as driving) check engine light has been on since the 3rd day of having it. Have had it at their shop more than I've been able to drive it without issues. I have an added service contract with them for 24 months/24,000 miles for them to fix the vehicle. Their mechanics keep resetting the check engine light and saying it's fixed. Tried multiple times to get a hold of Managers but the employees always give me the run around they are understaffed and they will get to me the very next day.. Sent an email 2 and a half weeks ago to a Manger named Marilina and am still waiting on a response. I stopped 1 car note and NOW they are texting me about the payment, but not the issues I'm having with the vehicle. I would NOT recommend purchasing from them. read more
