harassed by worker there. I spend about 30 bucks every time I go, I have a process. being the mom of three and always on the go, I pull up, open the doors, throw out trash, organize my kids stuff out of the way so I can vacuum too. I can't waste more money doing this in between. I had only started, had the doors open and was just getting ready to wash the car and the young man met me at the car. demanding to know why I haven't spent any money yet. I tried to explain and he started yelling at me and treating me liken I was a thief. I asked him to leave the bay and give me space and I'd just leave. and he wouldn't. I felt so uncomfortable and my kids picked up on it and started to cry. I asked for his owners # or supervisors # and he refused to give it to me. I will never go back. ever. and neither will any of my mommy friends, single women friends or people I work with friends and family. read more

Not many carwash places in my neck of the woods. This place is next door to a Petco store and across an access road to Fred Meyer's parking lot. Not much to this carwash. You pay with cash/credit cards, drive in, the doors close, you sit in your vehicle and the spray structure moves over you and does its thing. I used the basic rinse and wash to clean-up my pickup truck after driving for 3-hrs under snowy, slushy, road-salt conditions. The wash is ok; got rid of the loose grime and salt spray. read more

I rinsed my SUV there couple times and it was ok. Today, I tried the $25.00 complete wash and it was a fiasco!!! I scrubbed the windshield and windows before entering in the washing structure and after a lot of spraying and rinsing I'm exited just to find my car was still dirty but now was covered in a milky film. I went to the self service car wash located outside Soldotna and spent another $20.00 bucks and an hour of my life trying to scrub and rinse the nasty film out of my SUV. Then, I went home and "cleaned" the windows and windshield with windex and still, don't look that much better. Now I need to find someone to clean and wax my car. That car wash is a joke...I'm so pissed!!! And BTW, I'm rating this place with 0 stars but app doesn't allow to post without stars. read more

I just washed my black Yukon with the $12 wash. It removed the dust but not the dirt. I will have to hand wash it at home. Won't go back.
