Reasonable rates and very quick service compared to their competitors. Got a one hour minimum eta from two other companies but Auto Rescue Towing told me 20 minutes and were there in 15. I'll never phone the other guys again. read more

They offered a return of $10, but in the meantime I was locked out of my house and when he said he wasn't going to do anYthing because it was $100 to go out and unlock my door. We said we would pay the cost, but he still wouldn't do it giving me a story why he couldn't do it. Even telling my 78 year old friend he was mad because he was shaking when this person shakes when he has to stand for more than 2 minutes. I left the $10 he offered and the key he cut for me as well as the key that had been mixed up with my house key. We ended up contacting someone else not the one he recommended to unlock my house for me. He was most disrespectful to myself and my friend.

Now I've been woken to lead blowing at 3am Tuesday june 6th and theyre cleaning the cleanest concrete I've ever seen!! Its obvious that is a company that's milking the city cash cow. To be laughed at when I recorded the employee saying it was just his job. So the police were called by at least 3 of us in the apartment building with crying kids so hopefully these jerks are fined and and lose their contract. I hate when construction companies scam the city, and steal tax payers money by cleaning the same 20 by 30 part of the lot for 8 hours then start again at 3am. I cant post about this enough now...you woke a sleeping bear, now suffer the consequences.

We got him out to do a quote and he gave some awesome suggestions that ended up working way better, looking more slick and costing way less. Definitely looking forward to working with them on the next projects. If anybody would like to contact me for more details my email address is troberts@vendasta.com. I would be more than happy to go into more detail about how great they are.

With any new home build, there will be a few items that need some follow up. In our house we had…read moresome trouble with the new, factory-built kitchen appliances. Although this was absolutely no fault of Valentino Homes, we were shocked and delighted by how well they took care of us. When the appliance store didn't have employees working on a Friday afternoon, the owner of Valentino Homes personally picked up a loaner oven and brought it to our house. They employ an incredibly sweet person specifically to help follow up homes post sale. She followed up with the appliance company on our behalf multiple times. My husband pointed out tonight how amazing it is that Valentino has all of their own tradespeople ready to step in at a moments notice. In the past few weeks we've had plumbers, electricians, gas line inspectors all come to the house with very little notice and do great work to help fix our faulty gas oven and dishwasher. Without exception they have been friendly, courteous and tidy. I have always felt comfortable with them being around our young children. The details in the house are spectacular, the more we get to know the house the more we appreciate the nuances. The tiles in the bathroom are lined up so that the patterns match. The painting on the ceiling is perfect, even the shelves in the kitchen pantry and bedroom closets are color matched to our home's color scheme instead of left unfinished. When we purchased the home we asked Valentino to finish the basement. It looks just as beautiful as the main floors and we were so pleased that they finished sooner than we ever dreamed possible. Valentino has great project managers, dedicated tradespeople and a real desire to deliver an excellent product. With three kids under 6 and baby on the way- we sure appreciate our lovely Valentino home! Rachel
