Had planned a getaway. Took the car in for a service and received a video about cleaning air filters and other items that were all laid out on their bench. Got the car back and no air conditioning whatsoever. Rang Auto Masters Victor Harbor as soon as I discovered the problem. If I could give this dump 0 I would. My friend took her car there to have the brakes and air con fixed two weeks ago. They didn't do any of that. Gave the car an oil change that she didn't ask for. And made up a 2 and a bit page list of what needs (3/4 of the list was unneeded add ons just to rip her off) fixing on her car. They saw her coming and thought she was an easy target. I was suddenly taken ill while she was in sorting out the bill, and didn't know they did this to her, or I would of gone in there questioning why they didn't do what they were booked to? They tried to con her out of over $200 to fix the Air con. Took her car to our local mechanic who did the job for less than $180. And there wasn't even anything wrong like they said there was with it! Brakes they wanted nearly $900 to fix them front and back. Lmfao. Scumbags. When only the front need doing from said local mechanic and for well over half the price. DO NOT GO TO THESE SCUM Bags. They don't know their job, and only want to rip you off. read more
