My experience selling my vehicle to Patriot Military Auto Sales was unprofessional and financially…read morestressful. After submitting the title, it took over six weeks to receive payment, with minimal communication throughout. I was repeatedly told the wire transfer had been sent, yet no proof or documentation was ever provided until the funds finally arrived. This directly contradicts their "Sell Fast. Get Paid Faster" claim and reflects the same payment delays, lack of transparency, and unfair treatment described by many other dissatisfied customers. What made this experience especially troubling was an inappropriate and offensive comment suggesting the delay was "likely due to my name being of Hispanic descent" and bank screening taking longer. That explanation is unacceptable and makes no sense. An apology in response to this review is unnecessary and would do nothing to change what happened. There were multiple opportunities to fix the payment delays in real time, and those opportunities were missed. Actions--not scripted apologies--are what matter, and in my case, they were absent.
