Stadtmobil then charged us 25 Euros to send a technician to the car to lock it. The problem had been that the key needed to be inserted into the computer in the glove box of the car. It is not written anywhere that this is what needs to be done, not on the instructions we were given when we signed up or the instructions for that car in particular when I booked it. I spent half an hour trying to lock the car with no luck. It is a bit much to charge someone for not doing something that they had not explained. We are writing to them now to ask if they will take the charges off the account in good will. I will let you know the response when we receive it.
