Park Place was generous and very helpful with the car buying process. I purchased a used 2010 E350 from Park Place Motorcars on April 23, 2019. My car was delivered on the following day. The first day I drove the car it smoked when I started the ignition for approximately 7-10 seconds, also the transmission shifted extremely hard amongst a few other small things. I spoke with my salesman and got pointed to the sales GM and was told to bring the vehicle in for service and that the problems would be taken care of. I really like the people at this dealership and the way they present themselves and I hope these issues get resolved. Waiting to hear back (will update shortly). Without the surprise inconveniencing mechanical issues the rating would be a 5. The vehicle was fixed and today (8-4-2020) still drives good.

While I did receive a loaner vehicle during the wait, the whole process was unnecessarily complicated and poorly handled. On April 11th, I returned the loaner and received my replacement van, but not before they pulled my credit again and made me wait over two hours to sign the new paperwork. That should have been the end of this bad experience , but unfortunately, the problems were just beginning. Yesterday April 29th, I just found out by chance that Mercedes-Benz Financial still has me listed as past due on the original loan for the defective vehicle. No one from the dealership informed them of the buyback or took the necessary steps to cancel or freeze the old loan. I only found out because I called the dealership once again to ask about toll charges that were never removed from my account, charges I've been disputing with the dealership for almost a month. Even worse , the loaner agreement falsely claims I returned the vehicle on April 17th, even though I gave it back on April 11th, the same day I picked up the replacement van. This appears to be a clear misrepresentation, and raises serious concerns about how the dealership manages their records and handles warranty claims. When I called Mercedes-Benz Financial to correct the issue, I was shocked to learn they had no idea that the buyback even happened. If I hadn't called, I would've remained unaware of the past-due status, and my credit could have been damaged, all because of this dealership's incompetence and failure to communicate. As of today April 30th, the dealership claims they are still waiting on Mercedes Benz USA to found the deal and finalize the buy-back. But no one ever informed me this would take 20+ days, or that my old loan was still be active in themeantime MB Jeff and GM Heath Strayhan will NOT answer my calls, emails, voicemails. These guys are great! Professional service at a reasonable price. I made an appointment the day…read morebefore and they gave me a window of time that they would be arriving. Their professional service truck pulled up and they went to work. Their glass is top notch quality, and the installer asked for my rearview mirror, to install for me. I usually had to do that myself with others. After he was done, he gave me care instructions on when I could go through the carwash, and I couldn't believe my 20 year old truck looked new again with the new windshield! If you are looking, these are your guys! They are now my go to for life!

Good Afternoon,…read more THIS IS A MUST READ. I would like to inform the public that I was very dissatisfied with this company, it's service, and the way they conduct business. In our initial conversations, I asked the owner about the quality of the windshield, and in addition how payment is expected regarding payment for the service. In addition, I asked him about the payment processm and if he had a " tap to pay" process and He " J" said "Yes". I had taken off work to get my windshield replaced, because the car could not pass inspection without my windshield being fixed due to visibility issues. They were 3 HOURS late in their arrival. They were not proactive in stating that they were going to be late. I had to initiate any communication regarding their lateness. I told him that they should give me a discount for being late. He agreed, but "of course" in the end he did not "follow up" with the discount agreement. They "finally" arrived, and completed the service. This next part is very important... The owner, J, SAID he would send a link to my phone for payment. He NEVER sent the link, BUT WHAT HE DID DO was send 2 police officers to my house the SAME DAY to collect payment. When the TWO police officers arrived, and I answered the door, they asked me to identify my vehicle. I identified my vehicle. J, the owner, was standing a few feet away as if HE was SCARED or something. One of the police officers asked him to send the link AGAIN to my phone while he was standing there. Supposedly, J, the owner sent the link and AGAIN, the link NEVER came. Mind you, the police officer witnessed ALL OF THIS, and saw that the link was NEVER sent to my phone to make payment. At that point, the police officers asked for my email address. In spite of my hesitance, I did. The officer asked the owner to send the link to my email address in which he did. The link "finally" came to my email address, and the payment was made right then and there. Ultimately, "True" companies CAN OBTAIN payment, without getting the police involved, and trying to SET THINGS UP to cause harm to their customers. Also, there are multiple ways to send a link, and this should have been done in the ONSET of conducting business. This process should not be the "task" of the customer. Also, as you can see in the other threads "being late" a pervasive problem with this company because they "overbook" service. Please be aware that there are other companies who will provide you with the same service with a decent price, and utilize their payment service in a "user-friendly" way. It seems as though, they are "looking" to cause a problem with the customers. I would advise people to not use this company. My mistake was "taking a chance" on this one.
