They were the cheapest around by at least $50 and they installed my new windshield in about an hour. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even have a little shop dog that's comes out to greet you. Awesome prices and even better service. The sunroof on my 15 year old Honda shattered out of the blue. I am a second time customer to replace my windshield Auto Glass Express. My first visit a few years ago was excellent and I was very happy with my service. I called Auto Glass Express again with the anticipation that I would receive the same quality of service. I spoke with Leo and he quoted me a discounted price of $235+tax which I appreciated. He also explained that his company also removes the taxes off the invoice if I pay in cash. I went to my appointment and the lady at the front desk gave me a price that was COMPLETELY different from what Leo quoted me. I explained that it was approximately $20.00 over. According to her, that was the correct price which I know to be false because I specifically repeated the quote while I was on the phone with Leo. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with this unexpected turn of events. (While some may think I am quibbling over a measly $20.00, nobody likes being lied to and that's how I felt.) Unfortunately for me, I didn't have a plan B, and I needed to get my windshield replaced this weekend so that I can sell my car. I'm disappointed with the lack of transparency in their prices and what looks to be shady hidden fees. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and I'm sad to say will no longer be a customer with Auto Glass Express again. read more

Auto Glass Express has come to my rescue twice now. My car got broken into a couple of times within a three month span, and Auto Glass Express offered the best price, had the window at the store (both times, so I didn't have wait another day), and came to my office to fix the window while I worked. The second time, they gave me a discount for being a repeat customer! (I've since moved, so hope the break-ins will stop!) The technician was very capable. He did a thorough job vacuuming the broken glass out of my car, which was a great bonus, and I've had no problems with either of the replacement windows. Scheduling was a breeze. Luigi, co-owner, was an absolute doll. I arrived 30 minutes early and they were able to take my car and give me a new windshield in under an hour. Their instructions as to how to care for the windshield (no car wash x 3 days; remove tape in 24 hours) was very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone needed a new windshield. The landscape company's lawnmower threw a rock through my right front window. Since the car is 17 years old I was worried I'd have to wait days for a shop to order a replacement. I contacted Auto Glass Express based on their great reviews, and sure enough they had what I needed in stock. I had an appointment for 4 pm and I was in and out in less than half an hour. I used glass.net to find some quotes, and I settled on Auto Glass Express. I'm so glad I did!! It wasn't the least expensive quote (the 2nd cheapest though! Awesome price), but I needed the windshield repaired ASAP by someone reputable and they came to my house to fix it when I wasn't there. It made a huge difference because I work full time and didn't want to waste time on a Saturday getting my car fixed. Called ahead to get my Nissan Altima's front windshield glass repaired. It had a pretty severe crack in it. Auto Glass Express laid out my options and prices for me clean and clear. They preformed the repair and had it done in under 20 min. Turned out much better than I could have ever expected. These guys do quality work at affordable prices. I contacted this place because a friend referred me. I got a quote for $189. I spoke with the man on the phone and mentioned that I found a few other places willing to do the job for $140-150 and asked if he could price match since I had a referral for them and would rather deal with them then others since I had heard good things. He politely declined, and mentioned that most other places use cheaper, lesser quality chinese glass that is more prone to cracking from cold or other stresses. He assured me they only use the highest quality glass manufactured by "Pilkington" who actually makes glass for many car companies (just with their logo instead of Pilkington's). I decided to go ahead and have it done. The tech came by the next day; he was about half an hour late and didn't call me ahead of time like he was supposed to, but thats to be expected at this point...everyone's late and nobody calls. He did the job, seemed to do a fairly decent job but didn't treat my car well. Kept jumping in and out of it and slamming the doors a bit. He also left behind a few scraps of rubber and other crap I'm assuming came from the process of removal/installing the glass. Overall, not a bad deal for quality glass; I'd probably have them do it again but I wish they'd treat my car a little better. read more

I found Auto Glass Express with a quote of $225. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day (even though they were available the same day). The technician came, I believe his name was Juan, and he fixed my window and vacuumed up the glass pieces in 30 minutes. I found this company on the internet. They had very good reviews so I decided to give them a try fixing a window regulator in my BMW. They were so worth it that I decided to add my own recommendation. I was very pleased with their work. They ordered the regulator and came to my house for installation once the part arrived, which was on a Saturday afternoon. Service doesn't get much better than that!!! I called around to a couple places for quotes and such to replace my windshield. This guy was by far the most professional. Very kind and sweet. They offer a lifetime warranty on the windshield and the best part was the price! Don't waste your time looking around and calling like I did. This guy deserves the business. We brought the car in and in about 30-40 minutes the car was done. Very fast services. The company showed up an hour after the two hour window that was given and didn't even have the courtesy to call me to tell me they were running late, I had to call them. I had a coupon printed directly from their site that they refused to accept it and the manager told me I should be greatful his staff showed up at all. I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone.
