This company is a scam. They say I ordered two flashlights paying only for shipping. That was $11.00 and change. But now they say that this shipment was only for a trial period. After 15 days I could have returned them or I could pay the full amount of the flashlights. I couldn't return them as I never received them. They charged my account $99.95 for the lights. Wow! $100.00 for two flashlights. I don't recall ever ordering these, and I have never received them. And now I am out $99.95. Whatever this is it certainly is a scam. read more

I received a call from my bank about a charge from this company in which I didn't even ordered nor purchased anything from them!! Beware of this company..... it's FRAUD!!! i commented a monrh ago that I didnt receive my watch I ordered. I did get it but I would have to download an app to make it work. The app was a chinese app and there was a cost but did not show how much. The watch was extremely cheap so I opted not to download the app and threw the watch in the garbage. A company using this name, AUTO GADGETZ, sent to me two flashlights that I did NOT order, and they charged my VISA $89.95. I called the number AUTO GADGETZ 855-9272760 CA, and the representative said that I had ordered these and refused to refund my money. On December 15 I did respond to a survey that promised the flashlights to be free if I completed the survey paying only $5.00 for shipping. Before I completed the form with personal information, I decided NOT to make the order, and I did not enter my complete credit information and canceled the order. However, I received the two flashlights in the mail, and a charge on my VISA. I was certainly in error responding to such a common trick as this, and I accept this responsibilty, however, I did NOT order these flashlights. I canceled the order before it was completed! I expect a refund. I will gladly return the product. I see that you are in NJ, however this company claims to be in CA (I guess California). What ever, ever do, don't fall this it's a scam. Free flashlight for only shipping, 5.95. Now I found out I just paid 59.95 for it, could have bought one half the price from Lowe's. What made it worst it said it was a special offer from Sam's club. What a rip off, scam. And I thought I was pretty smart about catching on to scam artists. Fooled me once, but never again. I will be notifying my C.U. about maybe getting charges reversed. If so, I'll let everyone know it's possible to get your money back. Please, don't fall for it. This is an update: I was able to contact the flashlight co. and they were very sensible and did refund 50% the cost of the light. I will increase the rating to 4 star. Deduct 1 star because the light ain't worth 60 bucks, but customer service was good and understanding. read more

Total scam BEWARE. This company gave out questions claiming it was a survey through Amazon, saying if i completed it, i could get to choose a free gift from a selection and only pay shipping. i got the air pods and paid shipping cost and received the item. About two weeks later i reveived an Alert from my bank that this company tried to charge 89.95 on my bank account. The bank caught it right away and stopped the payment. Thank God. Scam that started out as a reward for answering what seemed liked a legitimate Lowes.com survey. First they tried to double charge me for shipping which I was able prevent with the help of my bank card's fraud service and then they tried to charge me $60 for an item that was supposed to be free except the shipping which again I stopped with the help of my bank card's fraud service. I tried to get them to reverse the charge but they kept insisting that I agreed to pay this charge which was in the fine print of the receipt email. There was NO FINE PRINT. Then they offered to refund me half the money they were going to charge me or have me pay to ship it back to them at my expense without refunding the shipping after I already paid a high shipping charge. I rejected both offers, cancelled my card and abided by the original terms. After I cancelled my card, they sent me an email refunding the money. read more

SCAM! Same experience. I had never tried ordering items like this from a Survey--it was for Home Depot. As soon as I entered the order and my info, the transaction flashed then disappeared showing a higher amount than the listed amount. I immediately requested a Dispute on my credit card then called the phone number on the transaction. I got a very defensive, rude guy with an accent who claimed I requested expedited delivery which I NEVER, NEVER do! Why would I order that for an $8 and change item?!!! He then stated that it already shipped with the tracking sent to my email. I never received that until on the call! He told me if I returned it unopened--I would get a refund, but no indication that there would be free return shipping. I contacted USPS to return the item. They stated that if was delivered anyway, I could put a note on it and drop in a mailbox. I'm going to post this on the Better Business Bureau site. Recommend you all do the same.
