They work with new and used cars and as well I have bought a commercial van from him as well. He always takes his time to help and he finds you the best deal that you could find and makes sure that the car is in great shape. I will definitely reach out to them with any other vehicle needs. Thanks Brian!

He initially asked for a cash deposit (cashapp, Zelle, etc) to hold the vehicle until I could arrive 4 days later. Thankfully I used a credit card (disputable vs. cash). Upon arriving I found major cosmetic defects with the vehicle that he brushed off as nothing (the perimeter of both headlights were scratched/crazed and the entire dash was delaminated and puffy). The vehicle was not even washed or detailed and the weather had been clear for several days prior to my arrival. After seeing the true condition of the car I was not happy so I decided to pass on it. He refused to refund my significant deposit even though I never agreed or signed a purchase agreement and he never disclosed the deposit was non-refundable (otherwise I would not have sent one). This is a very deceptive and unfair business practice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER! He is NOT honest! Any response to this review by his company would be lies!

I recently started working with Ash Auto Group after finding myself in a difficult financial…read moresituation and needing to replace my vehicle. I had some concerns going into the process, but my experience with Ryan and the team has been surprisingly positive. From the beginning, Ryan was professional, patient, and, most importantly, nonjudgmental. When you're going through something like bankruptcy or rebuilding your credit, it can be easy to feel like you have to take whatever option is offered. Ryan never made me feel that way. He treated me with respect and worked with me to find an opportunity that made sense for my situation. The process did have a hiccup. We initially started with one vehicle and I was told everything looked good, but ultimately the financing wasn't approved because of my particular circumstances. Rather than making the situation frustrating or making me feel like I had wasted my time, Ryan adjusted quickly and worked to find another option. That flexibility and willingness to keep working with me made a big difference. One thing I would tell anyone considering Ash Auto, especially someone rebuilding their credit or coming out of bankruptcy, is don't be afraid to ask questions and don't be afraid to speak up about what you want. Your financial situation doesn't mean you shouldn't expect a good vehicle and a fair deal. Do your homework, understand the terms, and make sure you are comfortable with what you're agreeing to. At the end of the day, Ash Auto is still a business, so being an informed customer is important. I also believe this is especially important when you're rebuilding after bankruptcy. The vehicle you choose may be the vehicle you're living with for several years while your credit recovers, so don't feel pressured to simply accept the first option presented. Make sure you're comfortable with the vehicle, the numbers, and the overall deal. I can now also speak to the delivery and post-sale experience. The vehicle was promised for delivery on Monday, 9/21, but actually arrived on Sunday, 9/20, which was a pleasant surprise. The delivery was simple and hassle-free. The driver confirmed my identity, handed over the keys, reviewed the vehicle with me, and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. The vehicle arrived in good shape and, honestly, in better condition than I expected. I did notice two mechanical issues fairly quickly. They weren't cosmetic, and while I was surprised they hadn't been disclosed, I also understand that they may not have been known to the dealership beforehand. I contacted Ryan, and he responded and connected me with Jason, the Service Director. Jason was professional and helpful and immediately worked to get the issues addressed. He gave me the option of having the vehicle inspected and repaired at a local dealer or certified repair facility of my choice and even offered to assist if I had any difficulty getting the repairs handled. That follow-up was important to me. Used vehicles aren't always going to be perfect, and I think the real test of a dealership is how they respond when something unexpected comes up. So far, Ash Auto has responded professionally and made a genuine effort to help resolve the issues rather than leaving me to figure everything out on my own. I'm still relatively early into ownership, so I don't want to overstate my experience or make claims about the long term that I can't verify yet. But based on the buying process, the delivery, and the way the initial service concerns have been handled, I am very satisfied with the professionalism and customer service I've received from Ryan, Jason, and Ash Auto. For anyone dealing with bankruptcy, rebuilding credit, or a difficult financial situation, I would recommend giving Ash Auto an opportunity to work with you. Just remember to do your homework, ask questions, understand the numbers, and make sure the vehicle and terms work for you. Overall, I'm cautiously optimistic. What started as a situation I was honestly nervous about has turned into a much more positive experience than I expected. I appreciate Ryan's patience and willingness to work through the financing challenges, and I appreciate Jason's responsiveness when issues came up after delivery. I'll continue to judge the experience as I put more miles on the vehicle and see how the remaining service issues are handled, but so far, Ash Auto has given me good reason to feel positive about my decision

He lets you know up front everything that he will do and what is expected of you. All agreements are in writing. This gave us peace of mind. Brandon takes possession of the vehicle, repairs it if needed, details it, estimates the best sale value, takes photos, and markets the vehicle. We did not have to do any of that. Our vehicle had been sitting for two years and it was important that all worked perfectly. Brandon handles everything. We also had a lien on the vehicle which presents a problem for possible sellers who are looking for a clean title and immediate possession of the title. Brando worked with us and the prospective buyers so that this was understood by both parties. Brandon was able to develop trust with the buyer that created the opportunity for the lien to be released and the new title to be delivered to the buyer. Brando was successful on all fronts. He also babysat us through the paperwork. The MVD does most services online which is different from the days of waiting in a long line. For those of us (me) who are not online literate, Brandon's help and patience with us was very very much appreciated. I would recommend Brandon to anyone who either cannot or does not want to sell a vehicle on their own. In my opinion, it was fortunate for us to come across Everybody's Auto Buyer and Consignment on Yelp. Thank you, Brandon for your service to us.

I stopped in at Earnhardt Chevrolet in Queen Creek Monday, and as I exited my car, a salesman met me and asked what he could help me with. His name is Sam, and what a Sam he is! He helped me find a new car ( 2026 Chevy Blazer RS, LOADED) and by Saturday we were driving it home. If that was the whole story, it would not have been much of a big deal, but EVERYONE at the dealership really went above board to make us feel like valued customers! One of the managers called me at night to help is close the deal, then he introduced my wife to our new service advisor so she felt comfortable when she comes in for service. Lack of service is the main reason we are no longer driving a Cadillac. My 2025 XT5 was in for service 4 times and the techs could never fix it. ( Ive had 4 Cadillacs since 2010, so I know how they should run) When my wife picked up our paperwork, the finance person ( Chase) gave us a very nice gift bag! Totally unexpected. We are not new to buying cars, but this was a totally new experience. NEW REVIEW FEB 13, 2026- My wife surprised ME with a new Blazer for my birthday. Long story short, Earnhardt gave us a great deal on ANOTHER. blazer, so now we are a two Blazer house hold. Mine is a car to drive to work, and in the first two days of mostly urban driving it's getting 30MPG! I did not expect that, and am very pleased. Our salesman Sam Rabata has contacted us several times to make sure that everything is ok. What a great dealership! NEW MAY 2026 REVIEW!! I loved the Blazer that Ruby bought me....but I'm kind of a 'bling' guy. So when I saw that Earnhardt had a very nice 'used RS' just on their lot, I jumped at it! Of course Geronimo was happy to have my business. He and Ezra always are happy to see me. Three Blazers in 6 months I wonder why they are so friendly hahaha Anyway, after a little horse trading, I traded the Blazer 2LT ( base line) for a gently used 2023 RS. It is LOADED! It looks, drives, handles better than a caddy XT5, ( I should know, Ive had 2!) and the Chevy dealer seems happy to have my business, instead of hiding when I come in. If you need a great car, new or used, give Earnhardt Chevy in Queen Creek AZ a look. They are honest, friendly, and they will deal, and THATS NO BULL!

I would like to share my recent experience with Earnhardt Chevrolet Queen Creek after bringing in…read moremy 2025 Chevrolet Trax, which has approximately 10,000 miles, for an oil change and warranty concerns regarding bubbling door handle trim on both the driver and passenger sides. My experience began the moment I arrived. The first employee to greet me was Russ, whose initial comment to me was, "We don't service vehicles that are owned by women." He then laughed and stated that he was joking. Regardless of intent, I found the comment inappropriate, unprofessional, and not something I would expect to hear from a dealership representative. After checking in with my service advisor, Amado, I was instructed to wait for the shuttle service to take me home, which is only about three miles away. Unfortunately, the shuttle driver was reportedly out getting donuts, and no one could provide an estimated return time. I was the only woman waiting among several other customers, and after approximately 25 minutes, I had to ask whether there were any alternative transportation options because I needed to begin work at 8:00 a.m. I explained that my family has been loyal Earnhardt customers for many years. My sister-in-law has worked for the Earnhardt Business Office for 28 years, and our family has purchased more than 10 vehicles from Earnhardt dealerships over the last 20 years. To his credit, Amado arranged for another employee, Joe, to drive me home in a dealership vehicle. Joe was polite, professional, and ultimately the only employee who made a positive impression during this experience. What should have been a routine oil change turned into an overnight service appointment. Despite dropping off my vehicle at 7:00 a.m., I was informed that a technician was unable to complete the oil change that day. I was contacted the following day and told my vehicle was finally ready around 11:00 a.m. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I immediately noticed that the instrument cluster display had been turned off. After turning it back on, I discovered that the check engine light was illuminated. I turned around and brought the vehicle back to the service department immediately. The fact that a vehicle was released to a customer with an active check engine light indicates a complete lack of quality control following the service. Amado took the vehicle back for inspection and informed me that a sensor had apparently been impacted during service. A temporary repair was performed, and I was told the sensor would be replaced when the GM-approved door panel replacement parts arrive. Unfortunately, those parts are currently on backorder with no estimated delivery date. To make matters worse, when I got back into my vehicle, there was a strong gasoline odor inside the cabin that was concerning enough to make me question whether additional damage had occurred. I later discovered that the technician had entered my vehicle with oil-covered hands and left black oily residue on multiple driver-side interior surfaces. Overall, this experience reflected a lack of professionalism, poor communication, inadequate quality control, and disregard for customer property. Between the inappropriate comment upon arrival, transportation issues, delayed service, releasing a vehicle with a check engine light, and returning my vehicle with oil residue throughout the interior, I am extremely disappointed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Earnhardt Chevrolet Queen Creek for vehicle service.
