After hiring and getting scammed out of $12,000 from the previous web developer and SEO company, my…read morehusband and I couldn't be more pleased with Platinum, Tony, and his crew. My husband and I were about to open our Pilates studio in Henderson, and the web developer/SEO person we hired quit three days before our opening date after we paid a ridiculous amount of money upfront. I contacted Platinum in a distraught frame of mind. After explaining what happened to Tony over the phone, he said he would make time and asked if we could meet immediately. He was in our Studio the same day to meet my husband and I and learn about our product. Even though the situation was super stressful and delayed our exposure for community awareness and web visibility, Tony and his team stepped up and prevented a complete disaster. They produced a way better product with impressive results right off. Our Website was poorly designed from the backend, so Tony decided to scrap it and redo it -(NC), which was unbelievable. Now, our Website, ReformYou.com, is on track and organically ranking. Platinum is handling our social media, too. The images are sharp, and the descriptions are detailed and professionally SEO-written. I am impressed with how quickly Tony and his team understood our industry and the competition and were able to produce content to target our exact demographic. The communication is always impeccable and more than timely! Platinum shows you the results, unlike our previous experience. 'They quit' because we asked what had been done since we didn't see any progress. Tony is entirely transparent with his work's status, reporting, and results. As a bonus, they are a fun group to work with. Platinum saved us, and in working with Tony, we have become friends. Tony has become a family friend - he and his attended our Grand Opening, and we plan to have dinner soon... It's a pleasure to recommend this company!

I took several reels of 16mm movie film to Patchin to have them put the files onto a DVD…read more Understand, most of the film is 60 years or more old. The film was very brittle and the last time I tried to view them on a movie projector, the lead of the film would break off and it just wouldn't work. When I first moved to Las Vegas, I called a few companies and asked about doing this. They responded with, "Sorry, we can't handle 16mm film." I had gotten a recommendation from a guy who hikes with our group. He was very pleased with the slide to DVD transfer they did for him. I called Pathcin to see if they did 16mm films and the answer was yes. I was off to their place with high hopes. I was told that it might take a month before the transfer was done because they do 16mm when they have a couple to do because of the set up required. He also said it might be only a week--it depended on their business. I got a call today, less than two weeks after I dropped off the reels, and I now have a DVD with movies from when I was 5 or 6 years old and behaved like a hyperactive, little terror. I have 55 minutes of priceless memories thanks to their fine work! I will be able to share these memories with my brother--something we both had hoped to do years ago. Patchin was great!
