Just got my car a little less than a month ago, and so far so good! I was looking for a pretty common car, but what was uncommon was that I was able to get one with very low miles! I contacted authority auto to have a look. Customer service was exceptional. They ended up knowing my mechanic I took the car to do an inspection before buying. Does it have fancy upgrades and other stuff I would have loved, no, but do I have the surety that the car is in good condition, yes. My trusted mechanic rated the cars condition as a 9/10. I was bummed the issue with the transmission and the damage on the left front bumper wasn't disclosed and only was discussed after we brought it up after our mechanic did some digging around, but again, I was confident in my decision because the mechanic that fixed the transmission is the same person my mechanic takes his own cars to and have known each other for years. Other then that, they were very accommodating to my late night schedule and patient in "holding" the vehicle for me while having a longer then expected time setting up an account with the credit union. Matt and his assistant Mohamed are exceptional and were the icing on the cake. I found another bigger car with low miles that wasn't much more and had all of the bells and whistles, but I trust Matt and in the end purchased my car with them. I'm so happy and confident in my decision that I've referred a couple colleagues who are looking for cars as well. I've just had the best experience buying a new truck I've ever had. I had gone into a local car dealership a few weeks ago to research and test drive a new vehicle and felt like a child thrown into a wading pool filled with great white sharks. In 2018 when my husband needed an auto lease, they took good care of him and found him the Jaguar he was looking for. Fast forward to this fall when someone hit my car and the insurance company totaled it. I thought I knew what I wanted, but when I test drove that car, I didn't like it. I just bought a really nice Audi e tron today from Authority Auto. I initially corresponded with Matt by email, who was prompt and thorough in his replies to my inquiries. After going in and out of multiple dealerships, Matt warned me that they do things a little differently with keeping cars in the parking structure of a high rise. Upon pulling in, we were greeted by Matt and Mohammed, and if I'm honest, their casual dress and chill demeanor made me wonder a bit what I had gotten myself into. But that concern dissipated quickly after we went down a level to where they keep their cars without any knives or guns being pulled. They really were selling cars! The Audi was immaculate. Mohammed carefully brought the car up a level through the tight windy ramp and we took it for a spin. We then went up to the 6th floor office, did a little negotiating and agreed upon a price. We met the owner Oren, a down to earth authentic guy with kind hospitality and matching casual wear. I really like their business model. They mainly broker deals on new cars for their clients. It's only recently that they've decided to take on used car sales of their clientele lease returns or trade ins - which are very high quality automobiles. She asked me about my availability so that she didn't have to play phone tag (I don't want to either). I gave her some time slots to choose from. Chris negotiated a build-to-order vehicle at a price that was stunningly lower than I would have ever negotiated for an on-the-lot vehicle. My purchase was simple: (1) test drive, (2) build the vehicle I wanted and communicate it to Chris, (3) wait for the vehicle to be built and delivered, (4) pickup vehicle and spend 30 minutes in the business office, (5) drive away.
