If you have an appointment, don't bet that you'll be seen on time. I waited 45 min and literally walked out. They never said once that they were backed up or running late; no notification whatsoever! Very rude considering they were referred to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don't consider your time. I called the dentist that referred me and said not to ever referral people here & I explained why. They felt so bad. I received a lame "I'm sorry" voicemail from this office - that they lost track of time. Again, like I nothing better else to do. I hope nobody schedules an appointment here. It will be your loss.

Way too expensive! Closer and better Dentist to choose from. I wished I had read the reviews first before going to AOM San Marcos!!

Dr. Tyler Wildey was great during the whole process. He was straight to the point and answered all of my questions.

I love this dentist!! He did amazing work with my wife and I!! I highly recommend this Dentist to…read morego to!! Dr. Reeves really cares for his patients!!! Marie Anne has great customer service and she really loves what she does!! This is the first time in my life im excited about going to a dentist!!

The nuts and bolts: Dr Reeves' office was able to get me in…read morequickly, and was efficient in dealing with my records and insurance. The wait in the lobby was minimal, and the care was good. Dr Reeves is clearly experienced (about 20 years, I think), and he was thorough in his treatment. He was also mindful of the limitations and allowances of my insurance plan. Beyond the nuts and bolts: First, I'm not someone who fears dental visits. That said, none of his staff that I met treated me with any warmth at all. The vibe of the place was a little disjointed, uncomfortable. This likely has to do with Dr Reeves' personality. I say this with the utmost compassion and respect: his demeanor reminded me of someone on the autism spectrum... with a rather awkward distance in his communication, and an unease with connection. To be fair, everyone has different perceptions, and if my rating were based solely on the technical stuff, these guys would get 5 stars. However, because I'm someone to whom the intangible matters, and because I realize that lots of folks have fears about going to the dentist, I can only give 4 stars.
