I have received over 6 different meds that left me with akathesia and this last one left me with wounds from an allergic reaction or whatever and i asked melissa spears to just put me on very low dose alprazolam .25 mg and my pain management clinic told them to just send a note stating this! Well 3 wks later i left so stressed out i cannot deal with this place! They requested a letter from my pain management which was given which pain management says they have never had to send a letter to a prescribing physician to tell them they can prescribe, its the other way around which is confirmed by my email from melissa spears saying she didn't realize SHE had to write the note! Then they blocked my number after contacting my pain management clinic FINALLY AFTER 3 WEEKS to tell them they dropped me as a patient! That is how much these people care about your mental health!! DO NOT SEE THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE

Due to this cross-country trip I am a little worn out and was not thinking about it being a Sunday.
