Last summer she captured some beautiful images of our family during a casual maternity shoot in a park and a few months later she visited our home for some sweet shots with our newborn son. Liz's approach to capturing simple honest portraits surrounded by the beauty of nature is exactly what we wanted for our beach session at Silver Sands State Park in Milford CT. The finished pictures showcase our kids' personalities perfectly. We will treasure these images of our daughter at 5 year's old about to take on the world in kindergarten and our son as he turns 1 and begins the transition to toddlerhood. The prints also make great gifts for our family members! Liz was awesome to work with throughout the entire process, from setting up the details, to directing us on the day of the photo shoot and when she delivered the finished edited images. She expertly addressed all of my concerns about picking the best spots to shoot, what to wear (and dress my family in) and what time of day would provide the best light. She was really responsive over text and email and even shared some beautiful prints in the mail that were totally unexpected. I can't say enough great things about our experience. A mom herself, Liz is such a kind and friendly person, my kids were both immediately comfortable around her which helped capture those amazing candid images - from adorable and contemplative to sweet and silly.
