My mom spent the last 18 days of her life cared for by the professional staff at the Aurora House. My dad and I are forever grateful for their compassion. This nonprofit will forever be on my radar of charities to donate to. read more

They showed no empathy and compassion in my dad's final days. I'm very unsatisfied with the way they treated me, when I would go visit my dad in his final days. They were acting very rude to me , in those rough times , that my dad was dying. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone at all. read more

He helps patients set goals to improve their health and follows up on problems and goals each visit. Dr. George is very knowledgeable in internal medicine. He is also trained in pulmonary medicine. His knowledge and experience make him a excellent diagnostician. When required he prescribes tests to fully analyze an illness or condition, and integrates this information into effective treatment. He is very thoughtful and knowledgeable about the use of medication both for acute and chronic conditions. Dr. George is friendly and also has a sense of humor. In addition he is very open to constructive criticism of the operations of the practice, Valley Internal Medicine Associates (VIMA). Dr. George maintains and uses detailed electronic medical records. He is also very responsive to communications submitted via the practice's web portal. Dr. George is one of three physicians that operate the practice as a corporation. Dr. George is very supportive of the practice's goal to provide a broad set of medical services to adults. This allows immediate use of laboratory tests, x-rays, and the other diagnostic tools within a single visit to the office. I am giving Dr. George a rating of five stars because he has provided me exceptional medical services that exceed my expectations of a primary care physician.

The front desk was why I would not recommend this place, especially with Angie. She is rude on the phone but nice in person. They are unorganized, rude, and condescending. I had issues with rescheduling and being told the right time. I had several times where they told me on the phone when the appointment was going to be rescheduled for but later find out that they reschedule for hours later or didn't actually reschedule. Also, they would forget to call you about canceling appointments.
