It is a Farmers…read moreMarket that is held every Friday from 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. They block off the streets, and there's plenty of parking nearby. There are lots of food booths (mostly Mexican food) and several other booths selling a variety of items. Taquiza Sinaloense immediately caught my husband's eye, and he ordered a soft taco with chorizo and potato. It was delicious! I wanted to walk around the entire place before ordering more food from Taquiza Sinaloense. There was a really nice lady there who told us that their food is the best, and she said she knew we'd be back. She was right! Although other booths had appetizing food, it just didn't compare. Their presentation was beautiful! We each ordered a plate, which included rice, beans, and our choice of two items. The guy who helped us was so nice and let me sample a few items before I made my decision. My husband ordered chile verde and beef. I ordered chipotle chicken and this amazing mixture of chiles, corn, and cheese. OMG! It was incredibly delicious! Each plate was $14, which is a great price since we both had leftovers. We will definitely go back. I will try to order food from different vendors next time. If you decide to check this place out, make sure to try Taquiza Sinaloense! You won't be sorry!

I really liked this market/festival. This is a smaller market/festival that seems to cater a lot to the local neighborhood crowd, but it's active and there are a variety of street vendors, which mostly seems to sell various types of Mexican food, but I didn't see everything, so there might be foods from other countries as well. When we went, there wasn't any music, but maybe that starts later and we didn't really stay long since you can walk through the whole market pretty quickly. But if you live nearby and want something to do on a Friday night, this isn't a bad place to check out.

Tried the "everything" crepe, and it was my first time having this style. Really enjoyed it--the combination of ingredients created a surprisingly complex and well-balanced flavor. Definitely worth checking out, if not just for the experience alone. A nice change of pace and a solid option to see if it's your thing.

Can you believe it's only $10? And the crepe came out to be bigger than my face. We came around 5…read morePM on a Saturday and we were the only ones there, so we got ours super quick. And because these are made on the street, it really gives off that strong street food vibe. The crepe comes with 3 eggs, a hotdog, crackers, chili sauce, mung beans, and more. Of course if there's anything you don't like, you can also let them know before starting that you'd like to exclude it. Taste wise, I think I expected something different. I saw them adding so much sauce and spreading it evenly, so I expected super flavorful bites all around, but I guess because the sauce was added to the top instead of being mixed with the eggs (which I know isn't possible with the way it's made), you get super bland and dry bites mixed with super salty ones. Maybe this just isn't for me because my husband loved it and chowed down on it real fast. Recommend getting this to share as it's huge and some might not like it. Good value for what you get for sure.

I am still dreaming about their mac n cheese! Not only that, our event sadly fell on one of the worst weather days we have had in Los Angeles in decades and Chawn and his team didn't so much as bat an eyelash. They remained calm, collected and completely dedicated to ensuring we had a great event - rain or shine - tents included! I would be tempted to gatekeep this one, but everyone should enjoy the magic that is SoCal BBQ. The food is outstanding, their presentation is impeccable and the service is NEXT LEVEL!

Pulled pork, pork spare ribs, beef brisket, tri tip bbq chicken, Mac n cheese bbq baked bean, grilled seasoned potatoes and Cole Slaw. Unfortunately, by the time we got there at 8 o'clock they had run out of baked beans and we did not want coleslaw. They said they could double up on the mac & cheese due to no baked beans. Couple of high school Friends that started 2 years ago, I believe. Super cool dudes. Very grateful for us as customers. Hubby gave him $60 so they had a $10 tip. We love Supporting local businesses. The line in the event was very long at different times. Unfortunately, they ran out of many types of hot dogs , burgers , quesadillas by the time my turn came and I reached the food truck. I would have to say this was one of the best tasting danger dogs/bacon dogs in LA…read more I have seen this small food truck/trailer parked at the location several times but rarely see people there. I was in the mood, so I finally stopped, I believe the man who runs the business was still sort of setting up, but I went basic, the regular dog. It was a jumbo frank wrapped in bacon, the bun, mayo, ketchup, mustard, tomato, onions, the works. I skipped the jalapeños but asked for yellow peppers on the side. I would have had another one, but where have I been? $9, I almost said , "no thanks". I wondered why the prices were not listed on the menu. I thought I was at Dodger Stadium or something, but nonetheless, I think after I ate it, it was worth it. Filling and satisfying. I skipped the bottled mexican sodas they had, but I did ask, $4, which isn't bad for mexican coke and the likes, I have seen some places charge upto $6. For now it is a 4 star for me, it could have been 5 star but the guy was not very friendly and his attitude was more like he would rather be somewhere else. I will say, I will be coming back to try the same or maybe other types of dogs. Wonder what happened to all the other hot dog places that seemed to be on many corners around the area. Now it all tacos.
