I ordered the service via Amazon Local as a gift for my Mom , so she wouldn t have to clean up before the 4th of July. They took my appointment and never showed up. I even called the night before to confirm. They simply stood up my seventy year-old Mom without a call. They never answer the phone. It is a voice mail. I finally got a text response, but they refuse to call me to discuss. Just gave me a story about having a medial emergency and refused to contact me. Here is a direct quote, If u want to ttrash mr thats your option . Sorry for the typos , but it is a direct quote. This is a major disappointment. I read al of these great reviews and then I get treated like crap. I will never use these folks. I will personally remove any sign I see of theirs in my neighborhood. I had a similar experience with a cleaning company via Groupon. Ironically , they stood us up and then claimed medical emergency . I tried to make sure this wasn t the same group. I think that these companies use Groupon , etc. to boast their appointments and then don t fulfill their obligations. I would not use these people. Thanks a lot for making me looking bad in front of my Mom, not to mention I have to clean the place for a group of people coming tomorrow. I guess I should have called a reliable cleaning service. I am very disappointed with Aunt B's. I bought a living social deal for 3 hours of cleaning. I called and scheduled it with Brenda for the next Monday. Someone (not Brenda) called me the Saturday before and said they were at my house so, thinking I got my days mixed up, I gave them the garage code and my apologies. When I got home, no one had been there. Assuming I must have been right about Monday and that they might have had the wrong house, I let it go. On Monday night, I got a call from Brenda who had "just pulled the note out of my pocket" from when I had called days before and wanted to know which Monday I had wanted. Obviously, I wanted that day but again, thought it was an honest mistake. I rebooked for Saturday when she said she would give me a call when she was on her way. Not wanting to wait around all day, I stepped out to run a few errands. When I got home, no calls, no cleaners. When I called (pretty good and irritated at this point) she said that they had come but I wasn't home and that they had tried to call me (I had no missed calls or voicemails) but it just rang and rang. I thought I would give them one more chance so I set it up (again) for today. I got home to find a house with a vacuumed floor (the kitchen wasn't even completely vacuumed. still potting soil on the floor from my son's seed propagation project the day before), made beds, and the trash taken out. Nothing is dusted, nothing is mopped, the bathroom sinks were not even wiped out, the toilets themselves were not cleaned (bowls are cleaned but there is still urine on the rim of my son's toilet and there is dust and other "bathroom dirt" on the tops of the toilets and the seats.). It looks like I let my 9 year old son clean the house and that he worked on it for 30 minutes. I have a house that is barely 1200 square feet. There is no reason that every single thing in that house should not have been done and done well. WORST PART: I called the owner to let her know that they had done a bad job and she didn't believe me. So I sent her an email with pictures. She sent an email back saying that I should be ashamed that my house was that dirty to begin with and then called me a coupon hopping nutcase. Then she threatened to post my name, address and photos of my house so that "your friends and family can see what your house looked like". (By the way, when I had originally called, she commented about how clean the house already was when they arrived, not that I should feel like I need to defend myself to that insane comment) I have had a few cleaning services throughout the last 15 years and this is the worst, slack job I have ever seen. Due to the absolute lack of attention to detail and the poor job they did at the jobs they actually got accomplished, and the appalling behavior and language that Brenda used with me, it is truly a wonder that they are in business. Needless to say, I would never and will make sure that my friends and family never use this company's services again. read more

Beware - Bought a groupon and scheduled a cleaning several weeks in advance. They said they would call to confirm. I called several days before when I hadn't heard from them and couldn't get an answer. They had no voicemail and never called me. Never could get a hold of them after our initial call. I had to find another service last minute when they never showed up. As of yesterday, they have a new groupon - but they clearly can't handle the influx of business. read more

In my opinion this service is unreliable, unorganized and unprofessional. Her staff is kind girls, but the management is lacking in schedule organization, being clear in fees and is overbooked due to do many online coupon deals. Was accused of not paying what I owed when I went out of my way to verify payment and then was scheduled for wrong service for second clean ($50 2 hour coupon deal that she is overbooking when I requested a full clean) When I'm hiring a cleaning service to make my life easier it should not be giving me a headache. This is a terrible service and I do not recommend them. We were initially excited to have them as they did a good job the first time. But then they failed to show for two cleanings in a row and lied to me saying she would be there that day and never showed up. The crew broke an expensive bowl and tried to cover it up by using one of our other bowls that looked nothing like it. We confronted her and she says she needs a receipt (it was a wedding gift) or she won't pay. After asking for our key back she advised it's not a high prioity. Don't use this service. read more

Beware! I bought a groupon from this service and scheduled an appointment to have my home cleaned. On the day of scheduled service they no called, no showed. I tried calling them over and over with no answer. My husband finally called them 2 hours after they were suppossed to be there. They still did not answer but instead texted him saying that they were unavailable. I had a party scheduled for the next day and was stuck with no housekeeper. The owner was very rude and unapologetic when texting ( as she refused to call like any business would ) and continued to claim that it was an "honest mistake". I offered to reschedule for the next morning and her response was "that's not gonna happen". I called groupon and they refunded my money but I was still stuck in a bad situation. Do not use this service. They are unreliable, dishonest, and very unprofessional. Absolutely not the type of business you want in your home. read more
