They replaced door panels and told us that it was covered by the truck owners insurance and today I received a notice in the mail from a collection agency for it??? Jeremiah came for an onsite visit to inspect the less than accurate handiwork of the previous installer and prescribed a remedy that was much less costly than a new sliding glass door. A short while passed before the parts arrived and Jeremiah was back to solve the problem. As he removed the legacy materials he observed that some of them were installed BACKWARD and one was missing from the original installation. Who knew? Jeremiah even took the time to educate me on the proper locking mechanism positions of the door and made some adjustments to ensure a proper seal. The door closed into position sealing out the din from the street below and the new neighbor's dog YIP whose namesake reflects his general state of engagement in the neighborhood.
