They keep telling me one thing and doing another. No one is on the same page. Zero customer service. I am at the breaking point with them. I spent $7000 for a less than average job. Half the pavers had to be redone, then the coping started cracking and each time it takes months. Save your money, hire someone else.

I love Superior Pavers. Kent, Jennifer and their crew are awesome. After meeting with Jennifer at…read moretheir showroom, selecting the pavers and making the deposit, we patiently waited for the permit to go through with the county. Two days after it was approved we were on the books. Ken and his crew showed up at 715 and did not stop working until 5. I found everyone to be very professional, hardworking and respectful. They had the old drive way out in an hour. After the driveway was removed, they set about to remove all of the tree roots and debris that was in place under the original driveway. After this they dug the driveway and front walk forms out, brought in some fresh fill and then tamped the ground down solid. Pavers went in, in 4 hours. After they were through, they cleaned everything up and even washed the street. Run, don't walk, to Superior Pavers. High praise to Kent and his crew. Very hard workers! Thank you for respecting my home and treating it like your own. Thank you also for working so hard. Everything is beautiful!!

He no longer landscapes (I.e. cutting hedges & scrubs), but he does edge & weed whack. Paul arrives with a covered trailer attached to his truck-- see pic. "Yard Wars" is painted on its side. The work he performs is excellent. He takes pride in his finished product. He's fast, efficient, reliable & very nice. We spoke at length in my home after I phoned him to inquire about his mowing services, but only after he impressed me for a year w/ the work he had done on multiple neighbors' lawns. The quality of his work far exceeds my former mower's (who has many contracts in my large neighborhood). Other than the Lutz & Wesley Chapel areas, Yard Wars has individual contracts in San Antonio, FL. Definitely a qualified, hard worker whose prices are lower than most -- I researched before phoning him, including hearing how good he is from neighbors who swear by his work.

We could tell on the first day we met Mr. Hart that he was an honest man and the price he quoted me was the median of the 3 companies so hiring him was a no brainer. Mr. Hart was not in town when the crew came to do the job but all of his guys were respectful of our property and they did a wonderful job. They cleaned as they worked, kept us updated on their daily progress and asked questions to ensure they had a clear idea of what we wanted. They were cautious of our septic tank, etc. Mr. Hart has been providing a tree service in the area for 40 years and he really knows what he is doing. From beginning to end, the level of response, care and attention to questions/concerns as a customer was above board and expectation. The quality of the work, attention to detail and design for the project left nothing to be desired. The friendliness of the company personnel, from the basic paver installer to Joel the company owner was comforting during the life of the project. At the end of the project, we were very impressed with the level of self-quality control where several company workers and finally the owner himself walked the project and requested certain pavers be reinstalled due to small chips etc. that were observed. Timeliness, the project was completed on time and with incredible speed. In the end, we are extremely pleased with the end result. Our home was made much more attractive and the value to cost of the property was worth every penny. Many of our neighbors have commented on how beautiful the driveway and front now look. To end, we were so pleased with Florida Paver Savers that we immediately entered into contract with them for a project at the rear of the property for a retaining wall and deck. Another beautiful experience. Ten stars to Florida Paver Savers.
