Most clinics evaluate prescription dosage effectiveness with ultrasounds and blood work to see how the body is reacting. Dr. Servy plows on with the same dosages until it fails. I am 5'4 and 120 pounds, and the first round of IVF gender selection we tried with him put me into ovarian hyperstimulation. It was only after spending $12,000 plus on a first round that he agreed to change drug dosages. Dr. Servy does not answer your questions, and he does not appreciate informed patients that do their research. We were lied to that assisted hatching was only performed if necessary, but their lab conducts this on all embryos. With $30,000 spent, we received two highly graded female embryos, but ultimately failed to get a girl. Further proof of this clinic's ineffectiveness is that we have three healthy children and easily got pregnant, but Dr. Servy was unable to succeed with us. If you want to roll the dice and potentially save some money at one of the worst IVF clinics in Georgia, then Servy-Massey Fertility Institute is the place for you. We tried it, and we wasted $30,000. If you want to spend more but have a better and more successful patient experience, try Emory. If you want gender selection, try another state like California.

My most recent experience is that they have now dropped me as a patient because I rescheduled my annual appointment too many times. Granted I work full time and I am a mom of 3 under 7, so reschedules have had to happen due to work and kid sickness. My issue is that I wasn't given a heads up or warning that I rescheduled too many times (they even had me as a no show which was never the case, always called to reschedule). When I recently called to reschedule due to not being able to get time off for the appointment, I was told I couldn't be rescheduled due to the amount of reschedules and this was their policy as of 2026. Again, would have appreciated an update in this policy so I could have better planned. I give 2 star simply because my birthing experience of my 3rd baby was great! However, as a patient when it comes communication and being valued, it has felt cold and lacking.

We were told we had to leave the building entirely because it was office policy. It was nearly July in South Carolina, around 95°F outside, so my toddler and I were forced to wait in the heat while my wife, who is 32 weeks pregnant, attended her appointment. What makes this even more upsetting is that this appointment was our baby's anatomy scan. This is a once-in-a-lifetime moment that parents look forward to experiencing together, and I was forced to miss it simply because we have a young child. It's hard to understand why a place dedicated to caring for mothers and babies would have a policy that excludes toddlers to the point that families can't even wait inside. To make matters worse, this office is already known for long wait times, so standing outside in the South Carolina heat with a toddler only made the experience even more frustrating. We are a military family and had to relocate because of military orders--not by choice. By the time we arrived, my wife was already past 20 weeks pregnant, and very few OB-GYN offices were willing to accept her as a new patient that far along. We didn't have the luxury of choosing another provider. I understand that offices have policies, but there should be some compassion and flexibility for families, especially military families who are relocating and for fathers who want to be involved in important milestones. Missing our baby's anatomy scan because our toddler wasn't allowed inside is something I can't get back. I hope this office considers changing its policy or at least providing a reasonable accommodation for families in situations like ours.

I had a pretty urgent situation happen and they were able to see me the very next morning, they're quick at the office and have a very organized and functional system for their patients.
