Very disappointed with my experience. First, the insurance was not clearly explained until the…read moremoment of payment, which made it feel like I was being pressured into purchasing it. Additionally, the employee assisting us, Carole, told us she would upgrade our vehicle at no additional cost. However, I later realized that the upgrade had actually been charged. When signing the contract, the full receipt was not visible, so I did not notice the charge until I received the email and reviewed the receipt while already in the vehicle. I have attempted to address this with management, but so far they have not been helpful in resolving the issue.

But we still got charged for airport pickup fees The waiting room was packed and we waited over an hour just to see a rep. Reps try to upsell you the whole time; very annoying process. It was like the place was herding people In and out like cattle. Not pleasant. Car was basic and got us around. We definitely felt like we wasted a lot of time here during pick up day and that was a damper.
