It is with great regret that i must give one star. Ken from audio props has lost my confidence and trust. His lack of attention to detail, and leaving out crucial information made my experience incredibly frustrating, and in the end, my car sound still sucks. If iI had to put into words what went wrong, it was pretty much everything. I wanted a new sound system for my FRS. 2,400 dollars and 5 months later.......... After multiple attempts to have it resolved, i finally found out just today, after i asked him point blank "are these speakers even working???" My rear speakers were not connected. Ken never told me, not once!!!!!!!!!! Then he says later they were never connected, (am i that gullable? ) Ken said they were disconnected when I brought him my car, but it was factory purchased and my sound was fine/better in some ways, much fuller sounding before new system. After complaining about the poor sound and volume, trying to give it every chance, just today he's gonna tell me? I only wanted a better radio plus one of my speakers in the front was blown, it was then he sold me super deluxe everything. I fell hook link and sink her. After the work was done, I said "something's not right....." All I got was excuses, "the phone is not on the correct setting", It's "digitally compressed music", The subwoofer isn't positioned properly." He even said, and this is laughable "just listen to newer music, all that digitally remastered music is crap" and so on and on and on, "but don't worry, I got you". So now i can only listen to certain music, because 3/4 of it sounds horrible........Again, "Ken will take care of it" Today was the icing on the cake, he lied to me, told me my rear speakers were NEVER CONNECTED, arrrrrgggggghhhhh. Now i have no spare tire, as in his attempt to "fix" his taking up my 1/2 of my trunk, without a mention beforehand. As for said subwoofer, at the added price of another 300.00 , he would put in another unit, and acted as if it would correct the poor sound quality. This whole time it was the disconnected speakers. He just admitted to this "other issue"today. Even through I've been complaining since day one. But he didn't have time to fix it properly today, AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! He then told me and i say this verbatim '"you can choke on your $300.00, and no wonder you're divorced, there's no pleasing you". Ken from audio Props over promises, and under delivers, every time. He shows me an acrylic glass speaker enclosure and gives me carpeted wood. he says this will fix it, but it still sounds empty, just like all his unfulfilled promises and 1/2 truths. Ken is an angry man, who can not deliver what he promises. BUYER BEWARE! I am happy to pay for services rendered, I never said i wouldn't pay him, he told me to literally. "choke on it" (Nice) because he is clearly incapable of executing a well conceived, thoughtful plan. Everything is patch work and empty insincere words. PS , The connection is still loose, the adapter he didn't have the day the work was originally done, and made me come back again for that, is still loose. I've been back to his shop so many times, (not by choice) my head is still spinning. Unless you have many days of your life to waste, he's slow as molasses. Be prepared to return a-lot of phone calls, because they never call you back. You will need to push and call them. Typical south Florida mentality. Good luck, because you will need it. PS, Speakers still disconnected, sounds bland, plus loose connecters, now i must find another audio technician to fix his screw up. Big mistake trusting them. But, he will tell you otherwise, so you might believe him, he's VERY CONVINCING .......When he says "trust me" RUN FOR THE HILLS! PS , his wife Isabelle , who will never tell you her name unless you ask her, answers the phone (sometimes) and plays dumb. She knows how to duck and run...... His son works there too. They are moving for the 3rd time in two years.... hummmmmmm . Oh , he also threatened me if i wrote a bad review, before i was not even thinking about reviews, i just wanted a kick ass sound system........never had that happen before....... word of advice, reverse psychology works, thanks Ken, you've inspired me! Last year I bought a "98 camaro & I've been working on it since, little by little. Well, now that I fixed all the mechanical issues that the car had I was ready to fix & upgrade the stereo. I took the car here for an estimate & I thought it was reasonable so I went with them after getting three estimates from here & two other shops. I replaced my radio with a double din radio with Navigation, SiriusXm, CD/DVD, Bluetooth, iPod Integration & HD Radio. I also replaced all the speakers. In addition to that I also had them install a 4 channel amp, 2 channel amp, 2 12" subwoofers, a backup camera & I had them upgrade the battery from 1 lead acid battery to 4 AGM batteries. On 2/3/15 I brought the car in to have the work done. I decided to installed the backup camera in the 11th hour & they didn't charge me any extra to install it. I picked up the car on 2/6/15. I drove the car for a few days & the stereo sounded great, however I noticed that the car was harder to start. So I took the car back & they looked it over, initially they only installed two AGM batteries & they wanted to install two more & wire them in parallel, Well I only drove the camaro & they said it would 3-4 hours to install the other batteries. The owner Ken offered to drive my girlfriend & myself home & we live in Jupiter which is about a 10 mile drive. They upgraded the batteries & the car now starts just like it did before this was on 2/11/15. On 2/13/15 I went back for yet a third time, because I noticed that the speaker in the drivers door wasn't putting out any sound. I asked them to look @ it. This time I had my girlfriend follow me there. I left the car with them for a few hours & when I went back Ken told me that because the window goes all the way down in the door, when I put the window down it unplugged the speaker. So to fix it they removed the speaker & rotated it so the terminals would be out of the way of he window track. They also did the same on the passenger side to prevent it from happening again. I supplied them with all the stereo components, all they supplied was the radio bezel, the AGM batteries & the wires for the amps & the subwoofers. Ken & Logan are EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE & FRIENDLY. When my alternator wears out I'm going to go back to have them install a high output alternator. Which will probably be in the next six months. I NEVER thought I'd have a car radio so clear, and GREAT!! They made my old school CD changer compatable with a state of the art receiver, amplifier, and subwoofer custom built into the trunk of my antique convertible!! Ken found things wrong with my car that had NoTHING to do with the radio that he said, "That's not right, let me fix it," and, on an antique car, that can be a lot of stuff!! THIS company does what NOBODY ELSE will do to MAKE IT RIGHT!! WAIT, NO. I mean BETTER THAN RIGHT!!
