Very helpful and pleasant. I purchased my hearing aids from Audibel about 3 years ago. I had an emergency when my hearing aid literally broke in the middle of the work week. I called and they fixed it the same day. I cannot work without my hearing aids. It was wonderful and it cost nothing!!! Thank you Audibel and Alexandra for your professionalism and knowledge of hearing aids. Colleen read more

In the 3 weeks since my consultation, which he recommended surgery I've had numerous phone calls from his office ladies looking for money. I called for an explanation and the billing lady was extremely rude and offered no explanation. The Dr. Himself was fine. Knowledgeable. Personable. But afterwards, all they care about is your wallet. Front office personnel need nee personalities and learn how to interact with patients.
