When the original cars we test drove (and we test drove a lot), Wyatt followed-up after finding the perfect vehicle, and I ended up buying an Audi-Certified 2021 A4 Quattro. Took my car to this dealership for recall repairs 6-6-23. Ok first thing they are so hard to get in touch with the guy who was helping me never called me back I was calling him for updates.. Just getting my car back 6-26-23. Paperwork tells me it was completed 6-22-23 the agent never called me back that day an the dealership was giving me the run around an finally told me oh he's been off. I made a service appointment for a 10,000 mile oil change 10 days in advance. After 2 hours, my car was still not in the service bays. I inquired and was told 40 minutes, and my car would be done. An hour later my car was still not in a service bay. 3 hours and 15 minutes later, I asked for my keys so I could leave. 15 minutes after my request, I finally could leave. Almost 3 1/2 hours into a scheduled service appointment, I left with NO Service on my car! I will never return to Peoria Audi! I may actually sell my car and buy a different car? I had to wait several days before I sat down to write this, but their service department leaves a lot to be desired because I am so disappointed, and had I written this review immediately after I picked up my vehicle it would not have been very nice and would have had a lot of colorful words. I had an appointment for service on 12/7/22 that appointment entailed an oil change and a recall which was only supposed to take a few hours. When the appointment was scheduled I was advised that loaners were no longer made available to customers. I dropped my vehicle off on the evening of the 6th so it would be available the 1st thing in the morning and paid for a rental when I called on Wednesday I reached voicemail that said I would get a call back that afternoon I didn't get a call back till 5pm to advise me that my vehicle wouldn't be ready till Thursday around lunch I called multiple times and kept getting voicemail around 4:30pm I got a call and was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. I advised due to the time of day I would not be able to pick up my vehicle till the morning. Friday morning I returned the rental to Enterprise and was dropped off at the dealer and 7:50am there were two customers ahead of me and it took the service reps 45 minutes to assist when they finally got to me I was told my bill was $187.00 when I asked why they advised that was because of the oil change I then explained that the oil change was covered by the oil change package an this point I was told that I should have told them before hand that I had an oil change package and it took an additional 20 minutes to correct the service order and remove the charge...Prior to owning my Audi Q3 I owned a BMW 330I and I can honestly say there is no comparison between the two. My sales rep suggested that I go to Hyundai, that his family members like some of their cars. Completely disrespectful. Everything happens for a reason I had a great experience at Mercedes South Scottsdale and love my choice in car. Service advisors are great, seriously, I have 0 complaints on their part 5/5. I went in for a recall and an alignment on my 08 Avant and specifically said I don't want a wash. I told them several times to make it a point, and the service advisor wrote it on the paper even. However it WAS washed, and carelessly at that, bugs, water, and smear marks still remained. To top it off my passenger seat was fully reclined leading me to believe some lot porters were screwing around in it. Traded in a perfectly good Mercedes and regretted it the moment I drove off the lot. Quickly noticed an oder and found throw up behind my rearview mirror, gaved them the benefit of the doubt to have it cleaned and a poor job was done. I had to go all the way up to the GM to get this done in a timely manner. Since then there has been numerous issues, and their response has been to bad so sad. If you want a luxury car i recommend bmw or mercedes, both companies treat you like you are a first time client whenever you call as Audi seems to be done with you once they've taken your money. Poor customer service, lack of communication and unreliable all the way around. Any service needed by Mercedes' is greeted by a servicemen and loaner, Audi has no loaners and makes you walk up the block to an enterprise to rent your own vehicle and deal with your warranty company for partial reimbursement. Honestly, could deal with most of this but most of the employees here have a poor attitude and lack of empathy, not great for being in the service industry. I do not leave bad reviews but I must with Audi Peoria service. I am new to Arizona and have had my Audi TT in for service twice and it was not a pleasant experience. Poor communication and concern. I just had my TT in for an issue that was draining my battery. They said I needed a key fob, no issue there, I agreed but when I got it home and it sat overnight it will not start. The battery is dead. It is also a new battery. Something is still draining it but I have asked for communication from them but as usual I never heard from them. Very poor service. They have no concern when you have a problem. I will need to take it to another Audi dealer. read more

Horrible service, 2 year old A6 and took my car in for 2 issues and they had no answer to explain malfunctioning but had a greater than $2000 repair that was not covered by any warranty. I purchased every extra warranty available! The interesting part is the extra warranty is a company owned by the dealership that has fine print that states the repair will be done by a third party not Audi! I was told warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that occurred 3 months after they serviced my car. The sales manager and agent were very accommodating and found me the exact car I wanted at a very good price. If I could do less stars, I would. Thought I was buying my dream car. Stupidly, I let the finance lady convince me all their extra warranties were of value. Being that this was my dream car, I wanted to pay to protect it. She used outrageous terms and examples to exaggerate just how truly great the warranties were and all that it would cover. Less than a week into owning it, issue stopped the car on the road dead. Had to pay to tow it to Audi Chandler. I've had several issues NONE of which were covered. Company that handles those warranties avoided helping any way they could. I've had one thing go bad after another. On top of that, car was WAY overpriced so if I want to trade it in now, I'll be S.O.L. I wish I would have done WAY more research. Dream car turned out to be the worst purchase ever. After my purchase, I called the next day to Audi North Scottsdale and they had 6 Audi A3s! Meanwhile this dealership had none and pursaded me to get an Audi Q3. Lesson learned. Why could have they not been honest and told me that the other dealerships might have what I want! After a few days, I had to go back to the dealership because it was missing rear blades. We went in to try out a used pickup truck, and while we were debating whether to buy it, they sold it right out from under us, not even letting us know what was happening. Their moto, told to me straight from the manager's lips, were, "first come, first serve", not, "customer service is first". AND, actually, we were there FIRST!! We bought an Audi car from this dealer, have had it serviced and, very expensive repairs done, but that didn't mean a thing. We still got screwed. I have been bringing my Audi TDI turbo diesel Q7 for the past 2 1/2 years. The vehicle has an oil leak that Audi Peoria has not been able to fix, they have replaced multiple parts on the engine. they pulled my engine completely out for a recall warranty and ever since it's been reinstalled it has been leaking oil. When I took the car home my wife drove it to work the next day and the drive shaft fell out in the middle of a busy intersection when she was making a left hand turn putting her at risk of a major accident. I had the vehicle towed back to the Audi dealer and when I picked it up two days later they assured me that they were not going to charge me for this visit really. My vehicle has been in the shop more than I had they keep guessing on we're the leak is coming from. I will not spend another dime I reached out to Audi of America and found out that the Audi of Peoria service department is privately owned and they don't have control over the service department. My oil cooler was changed in October and like I said my vehicle has been in the shop for months, service rep David this would be a $2,600 repair and I told him this par had already been changed. After he poked at the records he confirmed it was replaced a few months back. Benny the new service director then stated that this oil cooler was not the same oils cooler that was changed but a different one. My vehicle only has one oil cooler so this is unprofessionalism at its finest. I have been to the dealer so many times that while I'm there the reps are telling customers that the bushings in your vehicle are bad and need to be replace every time I've been there they're calling customers and telling them that exact same thing about the bushings being bad. It's like they have a whole warehouse full of bushings that they need to get rid of. They also got me with that same lie and vehicle now pulls to the right. I have taken it twice with them to get an alignment and they haven't been able to give me a proper alignment. I finally got fed up and went and picked up my vehicle because I was not going to give them any more money my vehicle now is leaking way more oil than it was before when I brought it in oil's all over the engine it looks like somebody poured oil on top of the engine literally. read more

I was in the process of buying a car (out of town). We were jumping through all the hoops, including going to a bank and getting a cashiers check. As the saying goes, "all of a sudden", we received an email from a NEW member of staff (not the salesperson we were dealing with) informing us that the car we were interested in was no longer available. Basically an "oops" email. No path forward, no apology, no nothing. THEN. I emailed the GM, the salesperson and the person who sent the "Oops" email detailing the situation (see below). Unfortunately, in the process I received an email from Josh Gavin, who I had never spoken with, telling me the car I was interested in buying (and had made plans to acquire) was no longer available. I think this moment is a very simple inflection point on how to do business. Instead of a phone call, or some other personal touch, we were treated with an email from someone we did not know (with the sales person NOT communicating with me). Also, instead of options on paths forward, it was a very "ooops" type communication. You can see for yourself below. I am very hesitant to do business with you, but I would like to give feedback on the proper response. First of all, a more apologetic tone should be taken. Further, a path forward should be presented (perhaps free shipping or some other conciliatory stance). I had to proactively ASK Wyatt what are other options. One option he gave was a car that was almost DOUBLE in mileage and less than 2k in cost. I know things happen, but if you want to keep customers and keep them happy, you should really stress PROACTIVELY looking for steps forward. Otherwise, we will just move along to the next seller. I dont think you will have our business, but please take this as a moment to better train your staff on how to handle crisis management. read more

Supposedly a sales person there, Scott, was going to work with his sales manager to try trading a grey 2019 A7 that they were going to be receiving when first drop of the 2019's came out in December, & they would try to trade another Audi dealership that was getting the white with tan interior which is what I wanted to order. Not to be a pest, since it was only mid October I didn't want to bug him so I waited a month (hadn't heard from him at all) and dropped by the dealership to see if they were able to possibly arrange the trade with the other dealership. Unfortunately Scott wasn't there & left my name and number. He called to say he'd be in the next couple of days, so I went back in. This is 45 minutes from my home. He said he needed to go to lunch so he wouldn't be there. I asked for the sales manager because my Mercedes lease was up in December & I'd never driven an Audi so I had questions and hoped to sit in a similar car & since the manager was supposedly The sales manager wasn't busy, per the salesman, but refused to come out & didn't know anything about the white A7. This was our third time purchasing an Audi. Our first two times were in the Denver area and we were always happy with the outstanding customer service. This place was totally different. We purchased an Q7 that had to be brought in from California. When we were called to pick it up it had a black scrape on paint and paint on car felt rough. They took no ownership of this. It was sent in for repair and as we waited several days, they never called to keep us updated. It was always us calling them with delayed return calls. Also they are suppose to turn in VIN number so we can set electrical stuff up and they only did that after us making several calls. Now our temporary plates have expired because dealership never turned that in . Just had to pay 30$ for another temporary plate because of their mistake. So frustrating. Terrible customer service. Brought in my Q5 because of a "EPC" light that came on. I spoke to the service advisor for maybe 20 mins or so and was told he would call me when he knew what's wrong. I received a call saying I needed all this work done. $3200 worth! I decided to take my car to another place that specializes in Audi's. I was told I only need a fraction of the work done and the other issues that were supposed to be part of the issue, were just extra and did not need replacing. Showed me the actual parts that were supposed to be per the dealer. On top of that, when I brought the loaner car back, we were told there is a$165 fee for telling me what the issue was. No one advised me of the fee. I have never been charged fee's like that before when I had my car diagnosed. The service manger was a total jerk. He basically threw my keys and credit card back at me when I pressed him why we were being charged when never told about it. AUDI PEORIA.... home of the rip-off and horrible service. My experience here was an absolute delight. I found a car I was interested in from CarGurus and Daniel was very helpful in assisting me with questions I had and even recommended he could take pictures of the vehicle to give me a better visual of the automobiles design. After the test drive the purchasing process was an absolute breeze. I have purchased many cars in the past where you have people salesman that push you into getting extended warranties or finance people that push you out of your comfort zone with extras. That was not the case here and I came out of this process feeling like they were there to help me the customer which is unfortunately not what you get with most places. The salesperson physically drove the car all the way to the East Valley because he knew we had a tight schedule and we're unable to pick it up easily. That is some serious dedication to customer service and something that certainly did not go unnoticed! I had to take some time and write a review regarding our experience at Audi of Peoria. We were in the market to purchase a sedan and I was not sure that I knew exactly what I wanted. My husband wanted to take a look at the Audis, so he looked online at the inventory available at this dealership. We planned on just stopping in and taking a look at the cars that Audi offers. We (my husband) has a lot of car buying experience and are used to dealing with dealerships, sales personal, and financing. We know the hoops you normally jump through to get things done. When we arrived, we had our almost 4 year old in tow, so I did not plan on staying long. Just a quick look and we were going to look at other makes and models. Engle Sankar met us in the lot. My husband knew which car he was interested in, since he had already checked the inventory online. Engle was patient as we put our child's seat in the car and we took it for a quick test drive. I personally was not all that impressed with the color of the car and the truth was we were NOT going to buy the first car we looked at! Engle was so patient and a great salesperson. He was not at all pushy, but noticed that I did not like that particular car. So, he showed us another similar one that turned out to be a better all around car for us. We went into the showroom and Joon (I am not sure of his last name), the sales manager came out. Again, he was not pushy in the slightest bit. He wanted to make a sale, but did not make us feel that we were being pressured. We did not even feel that we had to negotiate because their price was fair and they were fair with our trade. We had a great time with these two gentlemen and left that evening feeling really good about the situation. By the next morning, we decided that we wanted to purchase the second vehicle that Engle had suggested. My husband worked via email and phone with the two gentlemen and we went down and purchased the car that next evening. We truly were going to shop around, but these two gentlemen really made this car buying process such a wonderful experience that we did not really even want to. When we go there EVERYTHING was ready for us. It was the most painless process purchasing a car. We were privileged to be put with another great gentleman at Audi of Peoria, Charles Moore, who is a finance manager. Again, we did not feel pressured by Charles to purchase any additional warranties or added items (which we did purchase the Audi Care). Charles was great at his job and understood that we did not want to be there any longer than we had to. Please, please, please, if you are in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and stop in and see these gentlemen. You will not be disappointed. We were impressed with Audi of Peoria from beginning to end. We had originally been in contact with Audi of North Scottsdale since they had a specific car we were interested in, but they did not seem very eager to get our business. Usually, if we contact a dealership, it's difficult to get them to stop calling and e-mailing us. However, it felt like we had to fight to get any information at all from the Scottsdale location. Luckily, we decided to expand our search to other models and options, allowing us to give Audi of Peoria a chance. We were in touch with Joe Leavitt (General Sales Manager) and Todd Stamps, our Audi Specialist (sales person). They got back with us over the phone and through e-mail as soon as possible and made sure they had what we were looking for, or ensured us that they could get it from another dealership (maybe from another state) if necessary. The experience in-store was very pleasant. It was very clean, the entire staff was very friendly, and everyone took care of us well. We never felt pressured throughout the process, and they didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. They went out of their way to make the numbers work for the options we wanted rather than trying to sell us something else or getting us to compromise on our choices. They also gave us a very fair price for our trade-in, which was very surprising. Our only complaint as of now is that we are still missing the second key, which we will hopefully get soon. They explained that it was likely still at the other dealership that they brought the car from (it had all of the options we wanted, so they made sure to get us the exact car we chose! :) Oh, and I guess we were a little unhappy with how long everything took, but we understood since they had to drive the car over from Chandler through Phoenix Friday Rush Hour traffic. We were there for well over 8 hours through the entire ordeal. Keep that in mind if you are planning a trip -- you may be there for a while!
