I never had such bad experience in my life with your company people, products and policy. I buy a complete rotten broccoli from inside, return it, and find the same exact one the next day in the shop again. I recognise it because the first time at home I opened it and saw the damage while cutting it. That is why I took it back. I find the broccoli bad wrapped again in the shop and I took it to the service counter and show it to your employers in Tourcoing, France. Instead of apologising for what they did, and take there responsibility of preventing serieus foodpoisoning of one of there customers, they called the security because I 'Supposedly' openend one of there products and that is against there policy. They didnt even listend to my arguments. We had to pay the product, which was still visibly rotten. I will never go to Auchan in my life, and I will let all people know how bad service your company has. Only interested in making money, at the cause of other peoples health. Shame on you!!! read more
