Also I didn't wait long to see a doctor. After running a few tests, they said they'd let me know the results via mail. Yes. That's right. Mail. No phone call saying what's wrong. Just snail mail. I brushed that off, thinking alright. It's your method. Just let me know. The letter came back saying that I looked perfectly healthy. Um...clearly I'm not if i went to see you. It's not like I went for a regular check up. If I had, then I could understand the letter as well as the message attached. However they didn't request any follow up to run different types of tests, to talk to me about my results, or anything. If you're looking for a regular check up, this would be a fine place to go. But if you're sick, I'd probably look elsewhere.

We told her we found the office online and she then explains well I work primarily with the elderly as an advocate for their health and I will do my best to work with you but you are young and healthy. I don't understand, why you would say that to a patient and why do you not understand we waited TWO MONTHS to see you and your telling us you might not be able to see him as a patient but you will try? Are you serious? Maybe you should have addressed this with the office to not schedule you a new patient that is younger than you prefer to see.. On top of this his appointment was very short and accomplished almost nothing then we were told he needed to come back for a physical in another 2 months!! i cannot say enough good things about dr. chisolm. he is the best doctor i've ever had by far…read more his knowlege and expertise are way above average. his bedside manner is excellent. his nursing staff is kind and professional. he is able to do a lot of testing right in his office. he sees you in a timely manner and is able to electronically order your prescriptions. he always remembers what's going on with you. i was really impressed when i came to his office 45 minutes before they opened with food poisoning and he was able to get me a hospital bed reserved while he stabilized me until a friend was able to drive me to the hospital. most of all, dr. chisolm really listens.

I spent 25' max. with Dr. Alana Villada. I spent 25' in a direct personal exchange between me, the patient, and the said Dr. I received a bill of $308.10. I checked with my insurance. I was billed under code 99204 (New patient office visit, 45-59 minutes). I reached out to the billing team and they sent me back to the office manager. The office manager stated that any work conducted by the Physician via the portal (like uploading and posting a comment about a lab result) can be minutes aggregated to the initial visit face-to-face. I am in disagreement since I interacted with the doctor only 25'. Any work done after the face-to-face visit culminated (asynchronously, not demanding a patient's response or physical examination, online, etc.) cannot be considered an in-person visit with a licensed professional or be billed under the same care or service provided. Just the other day I call for a referral and they took down my information and it's been 3 days with no return phone call. They take days to a week to respond to requests like refilling prescriptions, keeping appointments, and can never keep proper records like points of contact and power of attorney. We have had many instances where they don't have appointments in their system correctly or even the correct prescription on file. This is very serious considering they are dealing with people's health and lives. This location only has 1 doctor and 1 nurse practitioner. They really need to overhaul their office staff.
