They will try and use NLP techniques to confuse you and make out that they are giving you a special deal. One of the owners tried to remove her handwritten receipt from my bag and sold me two products which had nothing to do with my eyebrow semi-permanent makeup and refused to give me a refund when I called them up on their scam. Their tryout treatments​ are just crayon child's​ play. The women couldn't even do a good job and asked her business partner to do it instead which was just as bad. They use stock photos and photo's from the internet from other spas as their own work. The next day I reported them to the DDPP. Don't be fooled by their charm. They will sell their dead grandmother and give themselves countless 5 star FAKE internet reviews. Do not give them your phone number as they will persistently text you to tell you must have a top up. They will also reply saying that they tried to contact me to resolve the problem but they don't offer refunds do they, even if they say so on their "official"printed receipt given to me within an hour of the first fake handwritten receipt on scrap paper. They do not give refunds or credit notes (Avoir) even if they says it on their receipt.
