Intimate restaurant with blue banquettes & clean lines; we chuckled at the banana leaf design above the paneled walls that matched Blanche's bedroom wallpaper in "The Golden Girls."
I didn't try my dining companion's Scotch Quail Eggs (18 € for three eggs, halved) but I did taste their Fish & Chips (26 €) which was pleasantly mild & came with a tangy tartare sauce. My Onion & Stilton Tart (24 €) was incredibly savory & delicious. Texturally interesting with the creamy bleu cheese & cooked-down onions to offset the flakey tart & frisée salad atop.
Perfect restaurant for when you want to deviate from classic Parisian fare but still want a sophisticated meal. Charming, lovely server, as well.
