This woman is a liar! I have she and her helper $20 for coming at the last minute! I did not have time to inspect her work. I'm still finding places her did not touch. She said she was a professional cleaner and could help me where Home A Glow failed me because I was in a jam. I was showing my condo the same day they were cleaning. PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING: This woman is a scheduler for the company I had a problem with their cleaning. I did not complain it was $19 so I just terminated my agreement. This lady siphons customers from Home A Glow to her business. That was my mistake, hiring a dishonest person. We both knew what we were doing was wrong. So for now I will be satisfied with my honest and factual account of my encounters with this nightmare. She asked I not tell her employer but that is exactly what I plan on doing. I rrequested they arrive between 8 and 9. They showed up after 10. Blamed it on the traffic. First day, great impression. I showed her my layout and left the two ladies to it. 90 minutes later they said they were finished. I was busy trying to get ready for a showing and distracted. I paid $120 for professional cleaning service. They did not clean the microwave, polish the hardware in the showers, told me she needed a pumice stone to clean the toilet , there was one in the bathroom, mirrors were dirty from smoke and rather than use a plastic scrub she told me it was impossible to clean because it was in my glass. After they left it took seconds to clean. Christian is a hustler, not a cleaner. The killer is she works for Home a Glow aka Dazzling Cleaning as a scheduler. She heard me voice frustration with Home A Glow and she solicited me to give her company a try. She gave me her number and we set a date. As they were leaving her assistant told me to leave a review and Christian promised to text me a link. I asked for a card and she had none. I contacted Christian the following day and after I asked her a couple of questions she stopped responding. My mirror wall in my dining room looks like a cat licked it. I would not hire this woman to do anything. She is dishonest, undependable, lacks the proper tools and cleaning supplies and lacks the work ethic desired of house cleaners. I have used this company for about a year. I get monthly cleanings. Christian is the owner and is always responsive to anything I need her to do regarding housecleaning. She is trustworthy and rates are good. I would recommend her but always let her know what services you need so she allots the time needed. I called for a move out clean as I was about to go in for a hip replacement surgery. I was quoted $200. The day we moved the movers we had hired cancelled so I wasn't able to do a standard quick vacuum or anything so I contact the company and explained the situation and that we have dogs and there's a lot more surface dirt than I had expected and OFFERED to pay $350 extra. I work an hour away so I left the money for them and was promised pictures when they were done. I never got any. I never even got a text saying they were done. Thinking I got scammed I called my 21 year old son and asked him to go over and see if it was clean. he did and said it was. the contact for this company finally responded to my texts around 7 that night saying she had dropped her phone in water or something and had to get a new one. I left the next day for South Carolina to take care of my friend that has cancer. when I got back I went to the house and was absolutely appalled at the lack of cleaning that was done. the baseboards were not clean. the cabinets had not been wiped down. the blinds hadn't been wiped down. the door frames still had dirt and food from my 2 year old granddaughter grabbing them. I called them and stated my concerns. esp considering I offered extra money. the lady was very defensive and said she cleaned the baseboards and doors herself and started to argue that it had been two weeks. but the house was empty. no one had been in it and it was not clean. realizing this woman was not going to do the right thing and offer to correct it I hung up and she proceeded to blow my phone up until I had to block her. I spent siz hours on my hands and knees the day before hip replacement surgery doing what I paid her to do. my biggest mistake was trusting my 21 year old sons judgement instead of making a point to go inspect it myself sooner but I suspect it wouldn't have made a difference. this is a case of you get what you paid for. pictures attached show what I walked into after it was "cleaned". read more
