Argus didn't bother to call me until they realized they were about to loose serious money. Then they call me, not to apologize but to see if I had another relative. I, the patient was left hanging, they did not care, nor did they ever apologize. They lied about the need to log in to their software, he can simply turn in paperwork now, no fuss, no trouble (with his new company) I would not recommend a company who lets their patient without care due to the over reach of one of their managers. When husband called ss to switch companies, the rep knew all about this particular manager and her mistreatment of others so, not the first and probably won't be the last time this manager abuses another family caretaker.
