    I contacted them for my wife's well being on September 1, 2022 and when was asked to post a deposit…read moreof $150.00 faith money as I was paying as a private person, to this date I have got nothing but stalls and apologies for not coming. I finally canceled the supposed service I've never received and ask for an immediate refund of my deposit which again was given excuses and apologies that I would be given my $150.00 in a week to ten days. Is this any way to do business? If you're looking into care for a love one I in courage you to do more research before you invest into a company of promises and apologies and poor business practices. Hope this review is helpful for Argus Home Care to improve and all prospective families looking for care of love ones. In doing further research they are not only doing people wrong, have also found them not to of any value to anyone including the better business bureau just to mention one. Hope this at most an eye opener.

    We set up my husband as family catetaker, we dealt with their inability to inform us when our other…read moreemployee would call off or there was a change of schedule, we dealth with their questionable record keeping (spyware) software but when one of their managers completely mistreated my husband, screaming and yelling at him like he was a 4 year old, threatening that he wouldn't get paid if he didn't log in exactly as they needed it, he simply quit. Argus didn't bother to call me until they realized they were about to loose serious money. Then they call me, not to apologize but to see if I had another relative. I, the patient was left hanging, they did not care, nor did they ever apologize. They lied about the need to log in to their software, he can simply turn in paperwork now, no fuss, no trouble (with his new company) I would not recommend a company who lets their patient without care due to the over reach of one of their managers. When husband called ss to switch companies, the rep knew all about this particular manager and her mistreatment of others so, not the first and probably won't be the last time this manager abuses another family caretaker.
