My favorite medical practice in NYC. Been going to it as my primary for 6+ years. They run on time and everything from the front staff to the providers are amazing. Botox cheaper than anywhere else and excellent results. Highly recommend.

Good Location, very clean and organized. The wait to see your doctor is not long at all.

Dr. Ross Morgan is good but their limited hours and rude front desk staff (Nirmalla) makes it hard to recommend this office.

We had several challenges getting the hyaluronic acid gel prescription for my knee. At first the Specialty Pharmacy couldn't get approval from my insurance company for the gel. Then when Dr Katz identified a different Rx the Pharmacy said they couldn't obtain that gel. Dr Katz had to submit the prescription at least three separate times to various pharmacies until it was finally approved and obtained. He did all that up against a time deadline at the end of the calendar year because my medical insurance company informed me that as of Jan 1, 2026 Mt Sinai Doctors will no longer be in-network with them. In any case, Dr Katz went way above and beyond to provide wonderful timely care which has allowed me to walk without pain for the first time in several months. GREAT JOB by Dr Katz and team. We're both very particular when it comes to medical care, and we're so happy to have found excellent primary care doctors who take the time to listen to us and always treat us with respect. I highly recommend both to anyone looking for a new doctor. I've always had great experiences with the nursing staff as well. Everyone seems upbeat and happy at this practice, which goes a long way when someone is coming in to draw blood. I've also never had a billing problem here (though I've had plenty at other doctor offices) and the front desk staff has always been very kind and efficient in my experience.

I arrived late because the closing time is 5pm (and not 8pm as listed on Yelp). Fran Marie stayed late to help me with a CD of a scan for my son. She was patient and sweet even though she really didn't have to help me at all. Excellent person! Hope she gets some recognition for her diligence.

This review is for the Lenox Hill location on 15th. Had an absolutely horrific experience there…read more First, they were 40 minutes late for my appointment. OK. No problem. From the waiting area to the changing area, the place looked shabby and unkept...visuals you don't want to have when entrusting a place to take medical images of you. In the changing area, things were literally peeling off of the walls. I have had a MRI since having this one and didn't need to wear a gown at all. Wearing your own clothes and being asked if the temperature is OK? Preferred. Now here's the really weird part. This radiologist had ZERO emotional intelligence. I told him as I started to cry that I was so nervous as the last time I had a test like this they found a tumor. His response? "Where did they find it?" Seriously? I was dumbfounded. I told him and he simply said, "Well we're not looking at that this time." Yeah....obviously I know. They give you ear plugs that are way too big for someone with smaller ear canals. I could hardly screw them down to get them in my ears and as a result the machine was FAR too loud, which as I'm claustrophobic was especially triggering. At the MRI I had today, the machine was far cleaner, faster, and I had noise cancelling headphones with music playing which is FAR less loud...and if it's too loud, it's probably damaging your hearing as well. Also, the radiologist was lovely. As this Lenox Hill guy wheeled me in the machine, I was crying. He came in, removed the cage from my face and then started to wheel me back in. I told him that I needed a second. Most people at this point would have already asked if I was ok. ZERO emotional intelligence. Shouldn't be doing testing on any patients whatsoever. Overall, I'd give this place 0 stars out of 5. NO idea how they have any positive reviews. I was so triggered that I called my doctor and explained the situation recommending that they find a new radiology department to work with.
