I would say it is a short distance from the train station, but considering the size of Arras pretty much everything is a short distance from the railway station (though the fact that the station doesn't have lockers is a little annoying). Anyway, we only stayed here one night and it wasn't bad, and it certainly wasn't too flashy. You do need to book ahead for a decent price as they tend to overcharge people who simply rock up looking for a room. The wifi is fairly basic, anything more than checking emails and browsing the web does attract a premium. However the rooms were a decent size and there were enough sockets to meet out needs. Mind you, not all the staff are fluent in English, so they may be some confusion over the breakfast, however they offer a buffet, and a smaller option for a fraction of the price, particularly since my petit-dejeuner is quite petit. read more
