Big juicy and saucy fries, seasoned and fresh

Small place quick fresh and tasty first time trying this place and I can say that I'll be back. The wings are decent size cooked perfect juicy and flavorful.

Brycen helped us. He was patient as we decided our wing flavors. Service was fast. Wings are made to order. The interior was quiet but had music playing from the kitchen. And then there was a tv with football playing. Good vibes inside. Small eating area but it serves its purpose. We took our meal to go so we could get messy in the comfort of our own home lol. It was delicious. Awesome Aioli and Honey BBQ were both solid choices. Definitely going to have the wet lemon pepper next time

I ordered the 10 wing, medium buffalo wing with loaded waffle fries and a order of truffle fries. Wings were good, fries were no so good.

Both inspired by the French colonial era, built on a French baguette with pickled veg, just different proteins and sauces. Same-same, but different. Let's talk about the bread, it was crisp on the outside, soft on the inside and didn't cut the roof of your mouth. No contest, a thousand times better than Lee's. We'll definitely be back! Love the alfalfa sprouts too! We tried the Supreme Panini with chicken & it was dry. The chicken is real, but thick , and the bread is a toasted ciabatta bread ( a little over toasted). I would have liked to have dressing for the panini. It was just too dry. But we will definitely return for the sandwiches! We are so happy they came back from vacation (well deserved). And happy they are in our neighborhood! Come check them out, the sandwiches are delicious & made with love- not slapped together!

Anyway, went on line, ordered through their website rather than one of the third party sites. Ordered the son city square pie (really oblong not square) with the "as it comes" plus a couple other toppings... came to $41.xx with tip. Order was ready when I came in the 30 minutes they said it would be ready. Picked up the offered extra cheese and peppers too. Got home quickly , we ooh and ahhed I opened the box. We portioned out the slices and dug in. Time wise, from the time I picked it up til the time I put it on the table was maybe 10 minutes... the pizza was warm but not hot... I think that was more due to the fact it was a thick crust pizza and more bread like than the traditional NY or thin crust. Toppings were ample, the pepperoni was cupped rather than the old style flat . Meatballs were sliced thin . Sausage was too rather than crumbled.. Those slicing styles did not detract from the taste . Not a huge amount of sauce and just enough cheese. The crust edges were similar to Detroit style and the remainder of the thick crust was not overly heavy and actually pretty light. All in all a pretty good pie. It was interesting to watch one of the out of towners pick all the toppings off after he was the one that wanted those particular toppings.... But then he only ate half a piece anyway. So bottom line, pretty good pizza, good web ordering process, the pizza was ready when promised. Didn't ask about military discount since the check was closed at the time of online order.

I'd say they've been quick too if I could, but since they're definitely a popular choice, they get slammed sometimes. And that's a good sign to look for! Cleanliness can be an understatement! In the front area, but also behind in the work stations. Being that they slice their meats and cheeses to order, yup gold star! Fresh and tasty subs, cool vibes, clean popular spot? But I eventually persevered until it was all gone in one sitting. Service was friendly and good, except when I asked for a cup the cashier had initially forgotten that I ordered a combo meal. The restaurant smelled great walking in. We were greeted and helped by a nice young lady. Service was slightly slow in getting our food. There seemed to be a few to go orders ahead of us though. Our order was accurate and fresh. My husband LOVED the hot ones sandwich. I had the small Italian. The small is smaller than I had thought. It's more like a kids size. It was delicious. I loved all the sauces used on it. I was however a bit disappointed in the amount of meat. It was almost all bread. My daughter had the meatball. She enjoyed it but said the meatballs were way too small. I agreed. The southern sweet tea is perfection! I'd definitely come back for more! The size of the large cup is great! I love a well made southern sweet tea! I dont know why it is so hard to find sweet tea in Vegas. The cost was a bit much for the size and portion of the sandwiches but they are good subs! 2 smalls, 1 medium and 2 sweet teas was a little over 30 dollars. This was great for something different than our usual go to restaurants.

Every visit feels like a treat, and my personal favorite is the Capistrami--it's absolutely amazing. While everyone at this location has always been kind, we especially enjoyed visiting when Landon, one of the shift supervisors, was working. He always greeted us with a smile, remembered all of our names (even our kids!), and truly went above and beyond to make customers feel welcomed. That kind of service is rare, and it made this location feel like a neighborhood staple. We were surprised and disappointed to find out this afternoon that Landon was let go after a single customer complaint. If that's true, it's disheartening. This location is always busy when we stop in, which speaks to how much people love it--but also means that wait times can naturally happen. We've always been understanding of that. It's hard not to feel torn about returning when such a valued team member was dismissed so quickly. People like Landon are the reason many of us keep coming back. We hope Capriotti's reconsiders how they handle situations like this--because great food deserves equally great people behind the counter, and Landon was one of them.

Who came up with these? I ordered inside at the counter, and got two sandwiches to-go, an 8 inch and 10 inch. Most importantly, I wanted two waters as we had been traveling and needed some hydration. Their standard in-store water cups are the puny 6 oz plastic dixie cups. But since I was taking them to-go, I needed lids for the car and thus asked if I could have a regular cup for the water so it would have a lid. At which point, the employee insisted that if I wanted a regular cup I would need to pay for a fountain drink regardless if it was for water. I absolutely cannot stand when stores try to charge for tap water. My other thought was, what if I ordered this through the drive-thru? Would you still charge me for water? Not to mention, a regular fountain drink is nearly $3, so for that I could've just gone to a gas station and gotten Fiji water or another fancy bottled water. He continued to insist that I would need to pay, so I finally succumbed because it had been a long day. However, in addition to the sandwiches I also got bags of chips and a side of fries. And now that I was being charged for a fountain drink, you'd think the register would automatically make it a combo meal (since they offer those). But NOPE. I had to ask if they could ring it up as a combo since I literally was getting everything that comes with a combo. Thankfully I said something and ended up saving a couple dollars, but the total still came out to over $40 for two sandwiches, two sides and two tap waters. OH AND TO TOP IT OFF, when I got to the fountain machine to fill up the waters, THEY WERE OUT OF ICE. Overall, an absolutely terrible experience and rest assured I will never step foot in a Capriotti's again.

Well... found it at 702 Sandwich Shop My wife and I pulled up, ordered the Americana sandwich on Dutch crunch bread, and let me tell you...this wasn't just a sandwich, this was everything I've been searching for. In addition, this is a small business, the kind you want to root for. We actually got a chance to talk to the owner, and he told us his wife makes the bread fresh daily. DAILY. And you can taste that love in the recipe. We also had the tomato basil soup. My goodness. That soup had me reconsidering every canned soup decision I've ever made in my life. Like, where was this when I needed comfort? And because we like to live a little, we grabbed some desserts to go. They too were a hit. Bottom line is that 702 Sandwich Shop didn't just make me a sandwich, they restored my faith in sandwiches. And when you add in fresh bread, family vibes, and people who actually care about what they're serving? Yeah... that's different. We're definitely going back but honestly, not soon enough.
