Fuel sending unit float with hole, causing it to fill with gas and sink
Dan P.

Post review I received a voice message from Atomic stating it would be easier for me if I removed my review. My reviews is accurate. In October I bought a 1967 Mustang Convertible. It looks beautiful, & I paid TOP DOLLAR for it. With that, I assumed Atomic did a top notch job restoring it. In their remarks, they say everything is either inspected or replaced. Yet, I have had NUMEROUS issues. Here's a list of items: Brake Booster (within 10 miles of driving the car) not stopping correctly, locked up, & hissed every time I pressed the pedal. Paid close to $4k in additional repairs to have them bleed the brakes, post self-booster replacement, and to repair a "brake light dash" issue. The brake sensor switch wasn't even connected when I bought it. I pressed the horn, it blew for a second, then nothing. Went back out later and the steering column was hot, because the horn had shorted and started heating up. Glad i caught it. Additionally, while trouble shooting on 'why the lights and some of the cluster panel gauges' weren't working, I found a fuse that was overheating, which would have melted the fuse panel, if not caught on fire. I replaced with correct fuse. The turn signals don't work correctly...they don't auto shutoff, the mechanism is broken, been this way since i bought it. Convertible top didn't retract/extend correctly, leaking fluid inside the cabin (they fixed this one).Thermostat housing leaked (they fixed this one). Speedo leaked trans fluid (they fixed it). However, yesterday, I noticed a puddle of trans fluid underneath it. I put it on my lift, and you could see the pan gasket was torn, with a piece hanging out. I fixed this with a new pan and gasket, WHILE I was also fixing the fuel sending unit that stopped working. Other small things, installed radio didn't work, rotors were not turned and are grooved, emergency brake doesn't work, back seat belts were not replaced and the nasty old belts were stuffed under the seat, trunk was misaligned and you had to slam it to shut it, gas cap broke. The driver side window and back seat window are not aligned, There's a one inch gap where the two windows meet, from mid to top, widening as you go up. How did they not see this? Its obvious and looks horrible. I blame myself on this one because i bought the car based on the top and windows being down. But still, the issue should not exist. AND the kicker, which really pushed me over the edge today......while filling up the fuel tank, after replacing the sending unit and changing the trans pan/gasket, the driver side interior door handle broke. Something inside the door broke off. So today, I get to spend my time figuring out how to remove the trim without damaging it, and then troubleshoot what broke, and fix it. Awesome. The best part, I was planning on registering the car for a show on the strip this month, which is sponsored by Atomic. I guess I'm not doing that anymore. I'm done with them. If they want to sell cars above value, then the car should be 110% solid. Since buying the car, I bought a Cobra Kit, and another 1966 Mustang. I really wanted to buy a DeLorean they had instead, but no way did I trust that I would receive a non-problematic car. I made a mistake buying from them, but I won't do it again. Also, I have no desire to use their service, where I pay an exorbitant amount to fix the items that should not be broken, yet they are because of their sub-par service. They are charging service prices that do not reflect the expected outcome. Plus, Id always be waiting for their repairs to fail. I just cannot wrap my head around the fact that they have such a great showroom and setup, but are ruining it by providing subpar repairs and inspection of their work. Also, I was told ten car was a GT, and it has GT trim. I ran the vin post purchase, and it's not a GT.

Car I wanted to purchase

I originally came to purchase an s2000, but someone already was in the process of getting financing approved. Reggie still took his time to show us around and all the staff was friendly. Although I wasn't able to purchase the car, Reggie was super communicative through the entire process. I look forward to seeing what's new to come in their inventory.

I bought a Coronet from them, i was told it only had 200 miles on complete rebuild and new wiring. The wiring is a mess dash light dont work and the engine has a bad cam and a crack in the block. I only drove the car twice around the neighborhood.

I wanted to update my review and express how much I genuinely appreciate the wonderful service I…read morecontinue to receive every time I get my car serviced or whenever I have any questions relating to my vehicle. Ariane Hwang is phenomenal! I truly appreciate her exceptional customer service in assisting me whether through text or in-person! She's always been willing to answer any questions or concerns I may have, she goes the extra mile to get me an appointment scheduled asap and even offers to book me a loaner even when I might not even need one (we have another vehicle). She even offered to get me a tow to try and get my vehicle in as soon as today! It's the urgency of getting me in and seen! I appreciate the effort and dedication to make sure my needs are met and more. I really appreciate it and I truly love this dealership and the members here! Whatever system you guys have going on, it's definitely working! It's so refreshing not having anxiety whenever I have to contact you guys. It's such an opposite experience for me in comparison to ABC Hyundai on Rainbow with my previous vehicle purchase. It's like night and day! So much so that I would 9/10 prefer getting my car serviced at other dealerships because I just couldn't trust them to be honest with me or transparent. While I was contemplating on going to Discount Tire or even Costco to get all 4 of my tires replaced and installed, when speaking with Ariane, she reassured me that they price match, mentioned their current Spring Deal promotion of $200 off if I were to purchase a set of 4 tires. As well as just trying to work with me at getting the best value and bang for our buck! I was almost convinced of going elsewhere and settling for non run-flat tires because I wasn't too educated on why I even needed these types of tires, but she assured me that it's helpful because my car didn't come with spares. Which I do feel is extremely important considering I was able to drive to my job with a deflated tire a couple of miles perfectly safe. After hours of contemplation and taking into consideration the numbers she had worked for me, I felt that the overall value in assuring my vehicle would for certain be taken care of was worth getting serviced here! They haven't done me wrong yet! And hopefully never will! Anyways, thank you for the exceptional service Ariane & everyone else! Take care!

He treated me with so much patience and kindness throughout the entire process. At no point did it feel like a typical sales interaction, it genuinely felt like I was buying a car from a friend. He listened to what I was looking for, never rushed me, and was incredibly accommodating and personable the entire time. What really stood out was the level of service during the purchase. Eldred personally delivered the vehicle to my home with a bow on it, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. If you're looking to purchase a luxury vehicle, I highly recommend going through Mercedes of Henderson and specifically working with Eldred. You'll truly get white-glove service and an experience that makes the entire process enjoyable and memorable for all the right reasons. Highly recommend!

Service department…read more I was pretty hesitant about coming back here for service, but I'm so glad I did. Victoria completely changed my experience. She was kind, patient, and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel uncomfortable or talked down to. It really meant a lot. Also, Peter runs a department with clear integrity, which is hard to find these days. I truly appreciated the honesty and professionalism. Thank you both for turning a stressful situation into a positive one! I'll be back, but hopefully not too soon

Wow! And not in a good way, I don't even know where to begin…read more. This happened last year, the day after Xmas as I was shopping for Kia EV6 GT. My original plan was to purchase a used one but if I can find a deal on a new one, why not right? I saw Kia was doing 0% APR and was hoping the deal is good for the EV6 GT. They also have 10k cash back incentive but doesn't seem to be able to combine both 0% and 10k off. (yeah I know wishful thinking) Now I've already did my homework and got another quote (out of state dealer) with the EXACT same vehicle (same color everything) so I'm comparing apples and apples here. The quote I got was at $894/mo for 72 months for a NEW 2025 Kia EV6 GT in matte blue (not my 1st color choice) The ONLY difference is Towbin decided to add almost $6,200 worth of dealer add-ons, stuff you don't really need or can get it cheaper $3,995 for Desert Protection Package - No thank you! I can get my own tint for a lot less $695 for Red Alert Braking, if you really want this, you can DIY with a $20 LED bulb.. $995 for Polysteel - Don't need $495 for GPS Locator - They're joking here right? The vehicle COMES with GPS tracking, it's called Kia Access. They also wanted $20 for SMOG fee.. yes for an Electric Vehicle! On the day of my appointment, Jesus is the guy I'm booked with. He is actually the saving grace in this review. He seems fairly new to the biz, and was already waiting for me by the vehicle. Jesus is very friendly, chill and cool (unlike 99% of the sales folks) He also knows a lot about the vehicle (or he memorized the brochure) Either way, he did his homework and it shows. We took a quick test drive together and yes I can see myself driving this on a daily. Here's the part that went sour, he called backup (yes your traditional sales guy with the phony smile pretending to be your best friend) To make this short, we went back and forth a few times, I believe the initial offer was over $1200/mo for 72months!! Like really? I wasn't having it and already told them what I'm willing to consider ($900/mo for 72 months) He comes back telling me "Am I ready to hit the bong?" He made it sound like he came down to $900/mo then I looked and it was $950/mo.. then he made this comment that really ticked me off.. something about "ONLY extra $50/mo" Yes if it's truly 50 bucks I'm all for it, but x 72 that's $3,600!! Yup that's when I started to walk away, the guy actually chased me down even as I was backing up. I received numerous text and calls later asking me to come back they are willing to deal. (yeah not happening) And guess what? Just checked their website the vehicle is STILL sitting in their lot. No surprise there!
