I'm a seller who's been waiting weeks for a closing. I have had zero communication ZERO from this company. Then, on a Thursday, I receive an email with all the closing docs to Sign and NOTARIZE! I'm out of state so I have to then get to UPS and get them sent for a closing buyers will attend the next day - a Friday!!! So my wife & I have to drop EVERYTHING we are doing to get this done and we do. Then, the icing on the cake...we have to scan all pages & email in case UPS doesn't arrive in time. Sure... I have nothing else to do. These people have GIANT balls! They charge you for screwing up. Use another Title Co. Tell your realtor not to use these people. read more

Very disappointed in Atlas-Heritage Title Co. At the closing found that even though I specified the enhanced policy in my order/agreement with them, the closing documents specified the standard policy. We corrected that at the closing. But the worst part was that it took 6 weeks and complaining to them to get a copy of the Deed and policy. If I hadn't complained I'm not sure that I would ever have received the Deed and policy that I paid for!!! Also no raised seal on the Deed, just a photocopy but I do not know if this is SOP in NH or another gaff by Atlas (I know in MA you get a Deed with a raised seal on it).
