While having done business with this company over some years, we have always had problems with follow through from them on specific requests. A bigger incident that happened was with regard to a quote we requested to have blades re-tipped and re-sharpened. When we received the quote, we did not respond to authorize this company to proceed with the work. When the blades were returned, they were re-tipped and re-sharpened. We initially refused to pay the invoice because we did not authorize this work. We later decided to pay just to be fair. When we spoke with this company again about 10 days later to request some blades to be picked up and sharpened, they informed us that THEY no longer wanted to do business with US?!?!?! read more
