However, throughout 2018, we saw results diminish greatly, even though the number of accounts we placed in collections increased. I reached out to our representative to discuss the status of our accounts. After nearly 2 weeks, he finally responded and stated he would contact me later that week to discuss our accounts. That was almost 3 weeks ago. In the meantime, we've recouped almost nothing on the accounts placed with NWC in 2018. Some of the accounts should have been sent for legal action months ago!
