Some of the other temp agencies I encountered were terrible. No follow through, call back, blase attitudes etc.. Thankfully I found Jean Thorne. This staffing agency is truly a class act. Being out of the process of having to look for jobs I wasn't sure how they worked. I spoke with Leslie who was incredibly helpful and insightful explaining the process. She scheduled an interview for me and I had an appointment within a few days. I met with Barb who is exceptional at follow through. Such a pleasure to deal with and nice to talk to. She really made things happen quickly and explained everything thoroughly and with detail. There was a lovely woman (who I think was the owner) on the first floor of the building in the bathroom lobby. Little did I know that we were going to the same place. I saw her in the office bringing out fresh flowers. She acknowledged me and said, " I think we met earlier". I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something temporary or something permanent. They stand out because they followed through. Took the time to explain every detail and weren't bothered when I called to inquire about their business. I wasn't met with an icy put off attitude like so many other places. From the first phone call I had with Wyatt, I really felt like they have a vested interest in finding positions that align with the values that applicants have. It really feels like True Source is committed to finding good candidates for great positions. Most recruiters (in my experience) seem to be trying to simply place people as quickly as possible to maximize their profits, without a care for the job is really a good fit. True Source was very different. They took the time to go over my technical background in a detailed manner that revealed that they have a large amount of knowledge of the industry, asking all the right questions. I felt as though they really listened to what was most important for me in my next job, comparing each of their available placements to that list and really evaluating if I would be happy there and if I could help bring success to that company. Wyatt was a pleasure to work with! Speaking with him the first time he had a certain honesty and genuine excitement that felt more like asking a friend if they had any leads on jobs. He was always approachable and appreciated honest feedback after interviews about the company. I would not recommend this company. There are too many good agencies in the cities to ever stoop to their level. I would rather work at Robert Half than this place.

If we had weekend trips or anything they were extremely flexible and would let the companies we worked for know. The customer service is very friendly and very helpful making sure that you find what you are looking for. Lots of smiling faces even bright and early in the morning. I didn't end up taking the position I interviewed for and offered because I decided it wasn't worth leaving my baby for the going wages right now, since it would barely be enough to pay for childcare; but, I really appreciate how Kim made me feel that when I was ready to work that she would be there for me every step of the way. She was honest, upfront, and really supportive during my job search.
