I would give 0 stars if i could i been given the run around for months now and still no solution,…read moreignoring my calls and emails still waiting for my refund thats more than $1466.00(down paymenti had to pay in advanced)i took down my first review on yelp because i was gaslighted thinking that i would be insured and given my refund by now. This has been an ongoing issue since Feb 2025 this year very bad at communicating and even given a update or follow up on the situation. I DID EVERYTHING I WAS ASKED TO DO ON MY END. My insurance(integon) got cut off off the negligence of the company i would always send the letters and contact the agency when the insurance company would mail me letters and this couldnt be stayed on top of now my car is in the street with NO insurance at all and i been robbed for my money. My other option is paying them another downpayment for another insurance so i can be covered which is more than a thousand dollars but i dont want this issue happening once again so the money thats going to be refunded from the prior downpayment would go towards that but yet im still awaiting MY REFUND. I am not going to pay double to the company for nothing. Oh yea and on top of that i paid insurance for no reason which is paid in full on the website i have proof of so that's means i would be getting my downpayment back and MORE since i paid for no reason everything off because i have no insurance now that randomly cut off for months now.

Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed my view of this company. After purchasing a new car and selling my old one, I called to cancel the previous vehicle and update my policy. I received a quote over the phone, was told my revised rate would stay the same for a few months, and then slightly increase later. Instead, my payments almost doubled--and when I called to ask why, I was told it would be "taken care of." It never was. I called multiple times, asked to speak with my agent, and never got a return call. After months of frustration, I finally canceled my policy. To make matters worse, I was told there would be no refund, because of a "mistake" they made with the cost--even though I had canceled and asked for the second car to be removed long ago. It feels like zero accountability, no transparency, and no customer care. After three decades of loyalty, I feel completely let down. My former agent, Bob Harrison, was outstanding--he cared about his customers. Sadly, that level of service seems to be gone. I've left several messages for Fernando Frias with no response. I truly expected better from State Farm.

I had two cars on my policy, I removed one of them, and my bill jumped up 500$ more (for six months). They charged me more money to insure one vehicle than they did to insure 2. I pay every 6 months in order to save money, and every 6 months my premium has been increasing despite not having any accidents or tickets in multiple years. I switched providers and paid 1/3 the price for the same policy. I cannot stress enough how unhappy I am with this office, and I hope not one single person ever signs with them again.
