I live in California just outside of San Francisco. About 6 months ago, I ordered a magazine subscription from a highschool kid who was going door to door. The subscription cost me $68 for a year and was from Atlantic Circulation, Inc in York, PA. I started calling a month ago as I have not received my magazine yet. To date, I have called 5 times. Each time, a recording said that the office was closed. I have also tried emailng on their website. No one has responded to my calls or emails. I called again today and a recording said that the office was closed due to re-location. It would not even allow me to leave a message this time. Long story short?
