We had Smoked Salmon Potato Chip Bites, Devils on a Horseback (bacon wrapped dates stuffed with gorgonzola), Bourbon Spiral Ham, Fried Chicken Tenders, Squash Casserole, Broccoli Salad, Bread, Fried Mozzarella Sticks served in mason jars, and Shrimp and Grits served in martini glasses. People loved the food just like I hoped they would. My family loves food so I did not want to have anything so-so at the wedding, but it was all fantastic.
