Atlanta Vinyl saved me. I'm new to vinyl printing and made a HUGE mistake on my order right before a deadline. I was stressed. They weren't. They calmly told me it was fixable and immediately jumped in to help. Instead of making me feel inexperienced, they made me feel supported. That alone earned my loyalty. The process was easy, the turnaround was solid, and the pricing is honestly great for the quality you get. If you need vinyl printing and want people who actually care about your project -- this is the place. This is my new go-to moving forward. read more

Egregious operational failure and severe staff misconduct executed by your Operations Manager, Emery Vincent, and your production staff member, Morgan. I want to preface this by stating that I have been a loyal customer of Atlanta Vinyl for a number of years, spending hundreds of dollars with you for my smaller projects. Up to this point, your business has been my absolute go-to. My experiences with your front desk staff have always been excellent--they have been wonderful, professional, and have never once given me an issue. I do not believe your entire company is at fault, but rather that you have a severe leadership and quality control crisis specifically within your back-of-house production team. My recent order was delayed due to a mix-up with the foil portion. While picking up a previous order the day before, I was told that due to a delay in email response, my other order wouldn't be ready until the following day. Despite being on a tight schedule, I understood that mishaps happen. However, the next morning, I never received a pick-up confirmation email. When I called the store, Morgan answered and acted as though I hadn't responded to the previous email, completely ignoring the fact that she had already spoken to the young man at the front desk about my order the day prior. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told he was out. I gave it an hour and drove to the store to handle the matter in person. Upon my arrival, I remained entirely professional and did not raise my voice. Instead of taking accountability for where he and Morgan dropped the ball, Mr. Vincent told me he would be writing up the helpful young man at the front desk for telling me the order would be ready. I explicitly told Mr. Vincent that a write-up was entirely unnecessary, as that employee has always been a massive help to me. Mr. Vincent dismissed this and insisted on writing him up anyway, stating "that's not the way we do things." He told me the prints were on the press and would be ready shortly, so I waited patiently. I asked the young man at the counter to please get me the number to corporate. Because of the clear line of sight from the front counter to the production line, I watched the front desk employee go to the back to ask them for the corporate office number on my behalf. I could see them whispering to him. He returned and told me I could only speak to Emery. When Mr. Vincent came back up to hand me the prints, he immediately began to antagonize me. I asked him directly for the corporate number, and he flatly refused, claiming he "takes care of all of that" as the production manager. I told him I did not wish to speak with him and demanded higher management. At this point, I became very angry and belligerent. I was exhausted, running on only three hours of sleep, and under immense pressure to deliver my project. I am not proud of losing my temper or using profanity; it is entirely out of character for me, and I rarely allow anyone to drain my energy in that manner. However, instead of de-escalating the situation, Mr. Vincent intentionally baited me. I do not typically bring skin color into business disputes, but his treatment was undeniably fueled by race. He actively tried to throw a helpful employee under the bus, withheld your contact information, and heavily antagonized me. Mr. Vincent then weaponized my provoked reaction by threatening to call the police on me and falsely claiming I was trespassing--simply because I was standing my ground as a Black customer demanding the order I paid for. To make matters worse, the product quality from the production team was completely unacceptable. When I got the prints home, they were entirely defective, horrible quality, and unusable. Because of the sub-par work provided by Morgan and Emery's department, I was unable to fulfill my contract and had to issue a full financial refund to my own client for their bag orders. (Though my client was understanding I felt horrible). I have full photo and video evidence of the defective prints I was given. read more

My favorite place to purchase vinyl and blank apparel for my small business. They have great prices and even provide a small discount for larger bulk orders. They also has a large selection of htv vinyl for all your crafting needs and no business license is needed to shop there but they do offer tax exemption for those who have their documentation. read more

always great service and even if I have a issue the entire staff is willing to help resolve it. For 7 years the service has been exceptional for a small business. Watching them grow from that small space on veterans, to know an entire learning and multi functional building has been amazing. Prices are reasonable , always the newest products in crafting and a large selection. Crazy how they have a low turnover rate with employees but that probably is what makes the service still great after all these years. read more

The DTF is no good I pressed it and when I stretched it you can see the cracks in it. The feel is a little loud and it is not soft. I would not recommend anyone buy the DTF if you would like positive feedback from your customers. The vinyl I brought also was cut short and crocked, not all but over 50% of my purchase was. The vinyl is quality just not cut to size that I brought. One star for DTF and 4 stars for the vinyl. My purchase was 15 and 7 days ago as of 3/15/26 T.Boone read more

This company only wants your money. They do not value you as a customer and will not do the right thing to maintain a relationship moving forward. Right now, they are in possession of a product that I ordered. I paid for insurance and shipping. They will not just do what's right and send me the product but they have my money. Imagine that. I have called and emailed. They kept transferring me from person to person. They said the person was at an outside location. I finally figured out that they don't actually print anything. They were transferring me to the company that actually prints and drop ships orders for them. But regardless, you should still do the right thing for your customer. So, neither Atlanta Vinyl or the supplier seek to do what is right. Poor customer service on both ends. No value. Buy Somewhere Else. Don't waste your time. read more

They don't honor their own terms nor value their customers. Manager doesn't care to keep business at all. Refuses orders and delays them.

I had a crushing, money sucking experience with Atlanta Vinyl. I ordered thousands of dollars in product, which at first were fine-and being my first experience with UV DTF, I did not know what to look for. Little did I know that the colors were TOTALLY off, not consistent, and basically see through upon application. At first, the company did try to work with me-but put the entire situation on my plate with NO help to figure out which items were bad, reprint or try to make up for MONTHS of mistakes. I did try to reorder with them on the items I could identify, but the new items they sent continued to be incredibly subpar and inconsistent. The product is UNUSABLE, I am out THOUSANDS of dollars, and they were incredibly difficult when I asked for a refund. I am now working with another vendor and I have not received one "bad" product. I would HIGHLY CAUTION anyone working with this company--Im not sure if it is their equipment or human error, but I wasted months of time and upwards of $10,000 with them. read more

Ordered masks from them in October (which were great) and then ordered again last week and we received completely different masks. I ordered the same order from the same company and received different masks. Different in size, the inside of the ones from October were even quilted and these are not, they are even different in packaging. See below: the left side being the new masks and the right side being the masks from October. I had one of our employees try on the new ones and they wouldn't even stretch to go on his ears. He still has his one from October and it fits fine. It appears the company switched vendors at some point between October and now, which is fine, but they didn't even let me know that they might be different now??? They won't even consider a refund and are claiming they didn't switch vendors. Romont Johnson has been extremely rude as well throughout this situation. Do NOT recommend read more

I visited Atlanta Vinyl a few times with my husband and son. The manager is really friendly and knows my son by name. She has a little section in the store where small children can sit and read books and play with toys. I think that is so cool because it keeps the little ones occupied while the grown ups look for their vinyl and ask questions. My husband loves doing business here because of the great prices and good service. They even offer local delivery (sometimes same day), which comes in clutch when he has a major project and can't drive down. They have some really cute color options like glittery blue (see picture) and camouflage. I recommend for your vinyl needs and DIY projects. read more

Overall good business! The only thing is that I wish they would not advertise for 24 hour turn around. Out of my 3 orders I've placed here, I've received them between three days to a week and a half later. Secondly, on my last order they did not precut my transfers like requested. Not a big deal, but a lack of attention to detail. read more

I recently started making t-shirts and other handmade goodies for sale and was looking for kente and other vinyl prints that represented black culture. I came across Atlanta Vinyl in a craft group I'm in. Once I heard they were black-owned AND offered a discount for teachers, I placed my order immediately! They are super helpful and quick-- I received my items two business days after ordering. That's a feat considering mail is moving super slow these days. I'm super pleased with my purchase and will be a repeat customer! read more

Disappointed curbside isn't offered plus no one inside was wearing a mask. Cobb county cases are super high and a mask should at least be worn to make customers feel safe. I supported for years and now I'll have to take my business elsewhere. I was highly disappointed that they couldn't bring my items to the car and I was at the front door. Grateful I have other options to shop. Former customer as of today. read more

Atlanta Vinyl is awesome! First of all it's a few miles from my home! When I place an online order they get it fulfilled almost immediately! During this pandemic, although you can't go in they make it very smooth to get what you need from a distance! Customer service is wonderful, the staff has always been pleasant to me so they are my first stop! The only reason I didn't do 5 starts is because there have been a few occasions I couldn't get the colors I needed and have had to go out of my way to spend more money to get the colors I need. Outside of that I have no issues! read more

Absolutely love, love, love this vinyl store. Because of the pandemic, I recently started making hoodies and shirts. I have used hobby lobby and Michaels vinyl but Atlanta vinyl is the best. You can only buy online but the curbside option is effortless. I can't believe I wasted so much money with michaels. I recommend Atlanta vinyl to stranger I see all the time!! read more

Great experience and same day shipping.. I love being able to order what the same day!!

This store is always well stocked. Excellent customer service. During Covid-19 they offer drive up service.

Atlanta vinyl is one of the very few places I trust to ensure that I get my order (to HAWAII), in a timely manner. They are always extremely quick to get my packages out, and I usually never have to wait more than a week to get my things (struggles of living in the middle of the ocean). Although their prices are a little higher than some of the other companies I purchase from, they have had great sales which help out! read more

I placed my first order with the company on 3/27. One young lady called regarding a question to substitute the roll for sheets (which was perfectly fine). The next morning I check my email to make sure it would ship and the email stated I was under fraud review. I immediately called to find out what was going on. The same young lady answered and told me she had to forward me to another department. I spoke to one gentleman and he stated my order came back as fraud. I asked him what was deemed fraud. He stated he could not answer that but needed my drivers license. I asked to speak to the owner in which he transferred me to. The owner stated that that their system stated I was medium risk of fraud. Now I pissed because he could not tell me how it qualified me as a first time customer as fraud. He could not explain. All he could say is he didn't want to be responsible for kickbacks for fraudulent purchases. I stated to him that I don't know you and you don't know me so how can I trust that my DL information would not somehow actually link me to fraud in their possession. The owner was non caring and was a bit of a jerk. No real answers. I have never experienced anything of the kind before and that was very disappointing. Clearly they don't trust new customers and should revamp their system and at least have a more genuine response to how their system deems fraud. To accuse anyone of such a thing is totally disrespectful. I would never recommend a business that can't seem to offer a proper excuse to a customer other than "I can't explain it but I put it in place." read more

I happy to say this company went over and above with correcting an issue with how my order was labeled upon delivery. I had no problem with the quickness and accuracy of the order, it was delivered in 2 days.. however when it arrived, I couldn't tell which vinyl was the white, which was the clear, and so on. I sent an email to the company, and heard from not one, but two company representatives that acknowledged my concerns, and agreed to change the process of how they label outgoing orders. That is what I consider outstanding customer service and worthy of a 5 star rating. I am so happy to have a vinyl company within driving distance to my home and I will be ordering again soon. read more
