I purchased a set of fire logs from Atkins over 20 years ago and they have provided propane to me since that time. No issues on the propane delivery service. Once, years ago, I noticed a small leak at the tank (soapy water test) and they came and repaired that with no problem. Recently, I had difficulty with the ignitor / pilot flame on my logs so I called - their technician (very nice fellow) came out, detected the problem (about time for a new pilot assembly) and we are now back in business! The price was very reasonable and professional service. I am pleased to be associated with Atkins. read more

Just called Atkins Propane. I spoke with Florence who was rather rude on the phone. I called to find out if they got my voicemail from January 21, 2026 since I did not hear back from anyone. Florence rudely informed me Robert will be coming out and stated they don't return calls. That is so unprofessional! I will not be using this company going forward! read more

Atkins supplied propane to our home on budget billing. We ended up being over charged by over 2000 dollars. Despite numerous reqests we have, to this day, not received a refund. We no longer own the home and still have not received a refund. read more
