The good PT's are usually given phone work or transportation. It's very uncomfortable to go there with this type of atmosphere. The only reason I do attend my physical therapy there is because transportation is provided. I'm not the only person who feels this way! Many are in the same boat as me, going because they do offer free transportation. Head Quarters should really take some time and look into this matter because someone is going to I get hurt. The direction and some of the staff are more interested in eating, talking on the phone or just bullshitting with each other. I do feel that this is a very serious issue that should be looked into.

When you go in his office he does not just subscribe something to you and set up another appointment. He spends time with you to address all of your medical needs. L even check on the latest of Medication's and therapy and looks to make sure it's good for you. About waiting I think you have to understand anywhere you go if something is good you have to wait. Whether it's entertainment or meals or anything in Daily life. It shows you he treats you caring with compassion. I'm not gonna try to speak for anyone, except myself and I can say with some substantial injuries he uses all the latest technology and provides the best care of any doctors I know . With his injections and other techniques he has improve my quality of life dramatically. Just remember that when you have to wait in line for anything most of the time you'll answer yourself and say it was worth the wait .

He had seemed a little rushed but was patient in answering all of my questions fully to my satisfaction. Friendly staff who were accommodating and professional. Called recently to set up the telemedicine check-in appt and it seemed a little unstructured.

The therapists were far beyond those that I've encountered in the past. These individuals are experienced and knowledgeable in whatever your therapeutic needs are. Their goal is to get you as close as possible to the reason that you were initially prescribed the therapy. I strongly recommend and endorse Restorative Physical Therapy!!

The doctors at Rothman recommended physical therapy, which led me to Ivy rehab in northern Liberties for it is very close to my home so it's super convenient. I was consistent working with Jonathan two days a week for an hour of physical therapy, he did a combo of massage/stretch and strength exercises to help rebuild the muscles and flexibility around my shoulder. With a lot of patience and care and fun conversations along with the daily riddles to keep you occupied while doing repetitive exercises. The environment of the studio space is full of light and super clean in a modern building. Shannon is the front desk manager she's lovely and is always there to assist and help you with any questions with your insurance and to make appointments she's on it! My shoulder recovery took a bit longer than I thought however, Jonathan had the wisdom and the knowledge to know that it was going to be a longer recovery and encouraged me to keep my PT at home and at the studio. I'm here to say that I am about 95% back to feeling normal on my left shoulder. My range of motion is so much better and I feel stronger for it. I'm very grateful and thankful for Jonathan and team at Ivy Rehab for making my recovery far more of an enjoyable experience and looked forward to going! She was extremely professional and warm and listened carefully to all of the information I shared with her. At one point, I started to have problems with preexisting nerve pain, and Ally modified my exercise program to reduce the impact on the area in question. The second therapist I saw was Tim. I had sprained my back badly and Tim zeroed in on precisely where the problem was and developed a program to help me recover while not causing additional undue strain to the area. It was a scary time, and I very much appreciated Tim's encouragement and emotional support too. I'd also like to give a shout out to Celine at the reception desk, who is unfailingly welcoming and personable. In summary, my experiences at Cloudline were terrific. I highly recommend this practice and would return there without hesitation.

Facilities - standard PT office, but it's located in The Sporting Club, so you also have access to the extensive gym equipment, running track, etc. while you're there. 3. Experience - The manager Bob Molluro is a 3rd generation physical therapist, so it's in his blood. In both cases, she gave me details on what muscle groups I had that were underdeveloped, and provided me with a list of exercises to do at home to strengthen those muscles. The fact that this facility is located in a gym is a huge bonus, too. Any machine you need to work a specific set of muscles is just steps away, and the "ambiance" of gym sounds while recovering from my injuries helped my spirits somewhat. My kids have always loved him because he gets to know the family, and is the most trustworthy doctor. Dr. Pisk talks to and with us, he is mindful, compassionate empathetic, sympathetic and has a good sense of humor. Dr. Pisk is doctor whose opinion we all value, he is a must have doctor who cares about his patients well-being. The front desk staff/ladies are wonderful from the time we enter until the time we leave. The ladies are welcoming, always on top of referrals, appointments, reminders, and they always call you back if need be. Oh and I need to say this also, they have a 24hr service/ on-call that has has a Nurse Practioner/ or Dr. Pisk himself that calls you back even after regular business hours.
