I signed in at Kiosk. called 6404 at reception desk to see if any more info was needed, no one answered after it rang 10 times so I sat and waited. apparently the kiosk doesn't work, no one knew I was there until an MRI tech happened to walk out the door and see me sitting there at 6:20pm. pathetic service for the prices we're paying for healthcare.

I called at 5pm and they offered to see us right away! Aron was super knowledgeable and put us both at ease. But better than that he offered to us again at 7am. After just two sessions my son was 50% better and had almost full range of motion. He also taught him some stretches to do at home. I can't say enough about Aron. He is sincerely caring which is hard to find in medicine these days and incredibly competent . I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for physical therapy. I just wish I lived closer!

The wait is usually pretty short. Ashley is an incredible rehab therapist. She's super knowledgeable and always has a ton of great recommendations for my various issues. She's always coming up with new, effective exercises, like weights, bands, stretching, and bodyweight stuff. It's like she has a secret weapon! The chiropractic staff is super friendly and approachable. They really take the time to get to know each patient, and it makes a big difference. They bring a great personality and care to IPMD, making it feel like a real experience. Dr. Dooley is absolutely fantastic! He's like a magic doctor who can make even the toughest joints snap, crackle, and pop. And the best part? He has these super warm and friendly conversations with each patient. Anyone involved in any time of athletic activity should go here. All the therapists here are DPTs…read moreand understand that your goal is to get back into your sport, and won't limit your body to "ideal" movements. You won't be told that it's bad to squat below parallel, or put your arms up past your shoulders. I've heard both of those statements from other places, unfortunately, no sport follows those movement patterns. They stay on top of current best practices in therapy, and do a great job of getting you out of there as soon as you're ready. If you're scheduled for 10 visits, but you've cleared all of their tests to graduate therapy in 7 visits, they won't waste your money making you come in another 3 times. I'll absolutely be back here should I get injured again.
